Dressed in high-waisted jeans, a black top, a navy blue blazer with a pair of leather boots, Akshara Goenka paced in front of the hospital room as she glanced at her watch, nervously.

It was her interview today. Her first interview ever. At Birla hospital. It's been two weeks since she's returned home but before even boarding the flight, she'd applied for jobs in Udaipur and nearby, as a music therapist. It's a rising field but still new. Only few thought out of the box, and were developed enough to introduce the music therapy department in their hospitals. Birla hospital, Udaipur's most reputed hospital was one of those and Akshara was lucky enough to apply here on time. She'd also applied to the Sunshine hospital of Jaipur and to a private clinic in the outskirts of Udaipur.

However, her first choice was Birla hospital for three reasons :
1. It's one of the best hospitals of Rajastan, hence the right place to start her career.
2. She wasn't ready to settle in somewhere else than her hometown after being away from her dear ones for two years.
3. The most important one : Abhi. Call her clingy but she wanted to be with him. Always. Seeing him after ages have made her realize just how much she missed his company in the past years and now, she found herself unable to be away from him.

Akshara's current nervousness was also related to him along with the interview. Abhimanyu, didn't know about her being here, at Birla hospital for an interview. She wanted to keep it a surprise, she'd made up her mind to let him know only if she gets the job. She wanted to see his delightful expression when she announces him about her working in the same place as him. But for that, she'd to get selected for the job. And that was not an easy task as her interviewer was Mahima Birla.

She's known her since she's six and she loved her like her own Taiji. However, work was another matter as Dr.Mahima Birla was known to be the strict, steadfast woman in the hospital. She's even nicknamed 'Lady Hitler' by some staff. They used to laugh at her nickname in the past but now that she was standing in front of her office, waiting to be called inside for her interview, laughing was the last thing in her mind.

Furthermore, her being stressed over running into her best friend wasn't helping her nerves either. Since the moment she's stepped into the hospital, she's been praying to not meet Abhi in one way or another. Though, her heart yearned to see his face or hear his voice once, to calm her nerves before the interview.

Akshara debated with herself for two more minutes before giving in to her heart's desires as she dialed him after walking down to the corridor. He picked up on the second ring.

- "Oye! Gharelu Doctor! I was just thinking about you." She smiled at his joyful tone imaging his twinkling eyes.

- "Hoye, Docman!" She greeted back with their signature line, "Why were you thinking about me?" She asked a bit curious but mostly to tease him and smiled when he paused at the other side.

-" Felt you nearby..." His mumble was barely audible but her heart raced at his statement. She knew he's here, somewhere nearby as she'd felt him the moment she entered the hospital but him feeling her presence gave butterflies in her insides.

Akshara shook her head though, quickly denying his statement. "I'm still in my bed, Abhi. You know how much of a sleepyhead I am." He chuckled at her reply.

- "I know very well, mam. you're dead as meat whenever you sleep."

- "OYE!" She exclaimed a little loudly before realizing where she was and apologizing to others present in the corridor.
