Loki sings to you

You were lying on the couch facing away from Loki, you had a bit of a rough day with work, nothing seemed to be going your way and there were all these mix ups and you were really stressed. Loki was in the kitchen making dinner and as he put the food in the oven he noticed you lying down on the couch.

'You alright bubs?' Loki asks walking over to sit down next to you.
You shake your head in response.

'What's wrong.' Loki says.

'Just work.' You reply muffled by the pillow your face was in.

'Do you want to talk about it?' Loki asks softly, tucking your hair behind your ear.

'I just had a bit of a stressful day and I just don't want anything to go wrong with the new mission and I have so much work I need to do, nothing seems to be going my way.'

'Poor baby, it's ok I know it must be hard it will get easier. Just take your time, do not worry about what can go wrong it is not your fault or your job to worry about other's mistakes. It will get better tomorrow and I will help you.' Loki says sitting you up in his arms. 'I have something I know will make you feel better darling.' Loki whispers.

'What green bean.' You ask Loki.

'Come on.' Loki stands you up.

When she sings she sings come home.' You recognise the song and begin to sing along with him smiling as he spins you around.

He suddenly speeds up his singer spinning you around again.

You giggle as he stops singing and hold you close to his chest.

'Thank you, that definitely cheered me up.' You say.

'I'm glad, come on dinner is probably ready by now. How about you put on a movie and I'll bring dinner over here so we can eat on the couch?' Loki asks.

'I'd like that thanks.' You reply. You put on your favorite movie to watch with Loki and bring a blanket over to the couch. Loki passes you a plate of food and you eat while watching the movie snuggling up close.
