The ball

You wake up and notice Loki is still hugging you in the same position, it's makes you feel really safe, you don't want to get up. The ball, you think to yourself how dramatic this all sounds, like your Cinderella. You gently kiss Loki soft lips and he wakes up pulling you closer. 'Hello darling.' Loki whispers in a croaky morning voice.

'Good morning Loki.' You reply.

'What do you want to do today?' Loki asks.

'I just want to stay here.' You answer.

'We do have the ball later but for now we can little one. Do you mind me calling you that?' Loki questions.

'I like it, what can I call you?' You say.

'Anything. For you what do you think of names like baby and stuff.' Loki asked embarrassedly.

'I like it. What about green bean?' You giggle.

'Sure.' Loki chuckles gently placing kisses all over your face. You snuggled into his chest and Loki used his magic and breakfast appeared on his lap before you both. 'May I?' Loki asks holding the spoon close to your mouth and you nod, opening slightly. He continued to feed you for a while before you finished and Loki ate his own breakfast. Loki couldn't exactly pretend he didn't like caring for you as if you were a baby. You laid on his chest and played with his fingers. 'Want to watch a movie?' Loki asks.

'Yes please.' You whisper. He holds you close as you watch the movie. The whole morning you just spend watching movies and hanging out.

It's getting closer to the ball and your getting ready in the bathroom, you do your hair and make up before you put on the dress. You add a matching blazer to hide your scars and walk outside to Loki who is all ready.

'You look stunning darling.' Loki exclaims looking at you in the tight dress.

'Thank you lo.' You smile. He holds your hand and leads you down to the ballroom. You walk through the big gold doors as your entrance is announced. The amount of people do make you slightly worried and you squeeze Lokis hand.

Your looking around at the guests and notice Thor and the avengers, some people you actually know besides Loki. 'Loki, are the avengers here?' You ask.

'Yes I'm pretty sure they are, would you like to go over and talk to them? I think I see Thor.' Loki answers.

'Yes please.' You reply.

You walk over to the avengers and Thor runs up and hugs you tightly before hugging Loki the same.

'YN I HAVENT SEEN YOU IN AGES!' Thor shouts.

'No need to scream Thor.' Clint groans.

'Hey!' Nat chuckles and you go up and hug her.

'Hi yn, I didn't know you would be here.' Steve says.

'I didn't know you guys would be here either.' You answer.

'Why are you hanging out with reindeer games?' Tony asks.

'Tony, you know he's gotten better. It was thanos controlling him with the tesseract.' Bruce softly adds.

'Ynnn, what's with the ring?' Nat teases.

'Natt, shh.' You giggle.

'What did your parents need? I missed my bestie.' Nat pouts.

'We all missed you kiddo, do you know when you will be back?' Tony questioned.

'There haven't been any big missions anyway.' Bruce responds.
