Hey guys! This is our first story that we're writing together. So this is how it's gonna work. Kitty will write in her POV and Bear will write in hers. We hope you guys like the story. Please feel free to comment and vote.

-----------------------------------------

Catt and Becca were polar opposites. Catt was the new girl who sat in the back of the room in all black with a hoodie and screaming music blaring through her headphones. She didn't talk to anyone. I mean who would? No one ever wanted to talk to the emo gay freak.

You know in the movies when the new girl sits alone and everyone else has a group of friends surrounding them? The girl asks herself "why do I even try?" and then magically, her dream guy appears out of thin air and he asks her if she's new cause he hasn't seen her around. She answers yes and they fall in love and live happily ever after?

Yeah that's not what happened. She sat in the back for a solid month without anyone acknowledging her existence. It wasn't until her Algebra One teacher materialized a new method of getting students to answer the questions he so arrogantly pulled out of his 'How To Be A Successful Teacher' handbook. He had a mason jar sitting on his desk.

Sticking out at every direction possible was Popsicle sticks that had probably been licked clean by the mouths of his rotten children and then scribbled numbers and letters on both ends. The numbers being the seat number the student was in and the letters being the row of desks that students desk was in. Catt was all the way in the back in the farthest corner from the door and seat E6. No one looked in her direction or payed her any mind and she was content. Ear buds in, music blaring, and nose in the textbook that no one else even glanced at.

What people didn't understand was that behind the thick black framed glasses and crazy dark eye makeup, underneath all the black clothes, there was an actual person. She was shy and and super self conscious but she was smart and funny and lovable. No one knew that because no one ever tried to dig below the surface. She thought it would always be that way.

Now Becca, two words that describe her. QUEEN BEE. She was beyond straight and the only girls she ever talked to was her best friend Zanaiya. The occasional glance was thrown at the lowerclassmen that basically fainted when they breathed the same air as her.

She has honey brown hair that curled into tiny ringlets and fell just passed her butt. Her smile, breathtaking. Perfectly straight, white teeth that could light up a room when lights couldn't. She walked with such confidence and everyone fought for her attention.

There were two sides of Winter Lake High School, the student body was cut in half. Half was committed followers that kissed the ground she walked on. The half was lower and upperclassmen that one, thought they were better than her or two, that she was stuck up and spoiled.

That was the student body before Catt transferred to Winter Lake. Now, there was 99.998% of the school that had a strong opinion about her. The other 1% was Becca herself and the other .1% was Catt who was so much more than unsure of what to think.

We hope you guys enjoyed this chapter! We really do work hard on this and sorry that it was kinda short but we have some crazy drama going on. The next chapter will be in Becca's POV. Suggestions?
