Chapter 2: Movie Night

Today in English was a bit unusal , Nate was completely different around me just like he has been doing..but today I looked in to his eyes and I felt this flutter feeling in my stomach.. Anyway my parents are going away on a business trip, so me and Tia are staying somewhere else. I'm staying at Nates and Tia's staying at Drew's.

Walking in to Nates house was just like walking in my own home, his family was like my own if that makes sense? I got on with his sister Madison pretty well but she was staying out tonight at her friends Kacey's whose Drew's sister. I was in the guest room unpacking when I heard a knock on the door.

"Come on in" I shouted. I heard the door creep open "aye Riley I was thinking, do you want to watch a movie? And order pizza?" He asked shyly but smiling, "that sounds actually a perfect night" I smiled back replying. "Great, I'll order the pizza" he smiled walking out the door.

I walked downstairs to see Nate ordering the pizza, I snuck behind him and wrapped my arms around him."Riley what an earth are you doing" he laughed turning round to face me, he tucked a lose strand of my hair behind my ear, again I got lost in to his eyes, I immediately looked down "so what movie are we watching"? I asked quietly " well since I know your a big fan of horrors I thought let's watch Saw the last chapter" he smirked I turned to look at him and gave him evils "that's not horror babe that's just gory" I said sarcastically.

Movie night!

So the pizza finally came! At last i am hungry! We was in Nates room, he put the DVD on and we soon tucked in to that pizza! You see I'm not a big fan of horrors or gory movies they kinda make me pretty squeamish. I felt Nate move slightly closer to me and you all know that cinema trick? Were the lad yawns and puts his arm around the girl? Well let's just say he did that. He didn't think I was noticing but I really was and it was pretty cute.

"Yawn" I heard and I felt an arm around my shoulder, I looked up and saw Nate looking down with this cheesy grin. "You cheese ball" I laughed turning back to the TV. Just then I felt two hands tickling me "Nate stop please!" I laughed moving practically every were on the bed till I landed on my back, with Nate hovering over me.

It was pure silence all you could hear was jigsaw talking, we both looked each other deep in to the eyes, I felt him leaning in his warm breathe hitting against my lips, my eyes were wandering from his eyes to his lips, I licked my bottom lip and as I did I felt his lips crash on to mine, I didn't hesitate I kissed back but why?

Minutes later we finally pulled away, I sat up quickly "um I think I'm going to to bed" I stuttered standing up reaching his door handle. "Night Riley" I heard him say "night " I said fast before walking out the room. I walked in to my guest room and threw myself on the bed. "What has just happened" I said to myself. After minutes trying to get it of mind I lifted myself of the bed and got ready for bed. I just couldn't stop thinking about what happened.

I decided to text Tia

Message to Tia

Tia...I need to tell you something..x

Message from Tia

What you done now Riley?! Your not pregnant are you?! X

I laughed at text she always makes it dramatic all the time.

Message to Tia

No ofc not!! Well you see I was watching a film with Nate and you see...well we kissed and i don't know why! But I left the room quickly x

Message from Tia

Omg no way?! Maybe because he has feelings for you and you have feelings for him? X

Message to Tia

Yes way! I don't his my bestfriend.. X

I think you do Ri! X

I decided not to text back I was starting to fall asleep, all what was going through my mind was do I feelings for Nate? Or was it a mistaken kiss?
