Chapter 60 : Time Flies

It's been exactly a month since my mom and dad had died, it's flown so quick, I turned on to my side to see Nate still sleeping, I lied there thinking on how lucky I am to have him in my life, I climbed out of bed carefully trying not to wake him up,it was 7 AM I couldn't sleep I put on one of Nate's hoodies and walked downstairs, I put on the TV to find nothing on so I put on Netflix and watched a film called Soul Surfer it was pretty good, it's about a young girl who has a passion for surfing but she gets attacked by a shark and looses an arm, its a touching story but its good and its also a true life story, her names Bethany Hamilton, I heard Nate coming down the stairs "Morning" he said in his husky voice as he stretched "Morning" I said quietly "What you doing up this early" He asked as he sat next to me "It's been a month since mom and dad died" I whispered quietly "Oh Riley I am so sorry" I felt his arms wrap around me giving me a tight hug.

"I think I'm going to go and get changed and go to the cemetery today" I said as I stood "Do you want me to come with you babe?" I looked at him and nodded "Please? If you don't mind" "Babe of course I don't mind, I will do anything for you" he smile as he stood up and took my hand before pulling me in to another hug. "I love you" I mumbled "I love you too" he replied kissing my neck. We both pulled away and I headed upstairs I decided to wear ( what shows in the picture) "You look amazing" Nate said as he walked up to me wrapping his arms around me.  We walked downstairs and headed outside, I felt Nate grab my hand holding it tight. We arrived at the cemetery I looked at the platform and there it was my parents names written on a stone, I felt a tear fall down  my cheek and I knelt down, I felt Nate sat beside me "Everything will be okay babe I promise" I turned to look at him and I smiled a little "I know, I love you" Nate stood up and held out his hand, "Come with me" he smiled I took his and and stood, he guided me to the place were my mom always use to take me you know the park were there is that little lake?  I turned round and hugged Nate tight "You are literally the best"

I sat down on the grass near the lake, "You know when me and mom came here, we use to pretend we were ducks, and I remember that time when dad took me to this festival on 4th July he held me on his shoulders so I could see, the fireworks were so beautiful" I said holding back the tears, I felt Nate rest his hand on mine "Riley its alright to cry" I cuddled up to him burying my head in to his chest "I just miss them so much, I would do anything to see them again" After a few hours we decided to head back home, Tara hasn't texted me all day so I thought I'd call to ask to see if she wants to come over with Levi along with Taylor and Drew. 

PHONE CALL:

T; Heey, Ri you okay ?

R: Yeah i'm fine what about you?

T: Good and yeah I'm good

R: I was wondering if you and Levi wanted to come over for a bit 

T: I would of done but I'm kinda busy sorry chick! 

R: okay see you soon!

I ended the call and walked over to Nate who was sitting in the living room on my laptop, I sat next to him, he was looking for apartments "What about this one?" he said as he clicked on it "It looks nice but look at the price its too expensive" "True, but with me being in a band and you got an acting career we might have  chance" "Your forgetting something babe, I don't have an acting career no more that was in London" I smiled "I know but you can always try out for acting jobs here?" he said smiling back "Okay.. I will see what I can do" I said as I stood up" What do you want for Lunch?" I said as I walked in to the kitchen opening the fridge "I don't mind whatever your having! " he shouted, I decided just to make a ham sand which. "Here you go" I smiled as I handed him the plate "Thanks babe, look heres an acting job going for you" "What's it called?" It just says Undercover" he smiled "Sure, I will go in tomorrow and I will ask for an audition" "Great, hey Ri in a few months we might have our own place, we could buy a dog!" I laughed a little "Sounds like you got it all planned" 

I felt Nate lean in a bit closer to me "And maybe we could have a little one on the way " he smiled as he placed his hand on my stomach. I moved his hand away "maybe" "Whats wrong?" "Nothings wrong" I smiled, "Ri? do you actually want to have a baby?" "yeah I do but..maybe we should take each step as a time, lets not rush things" I smiled "I know, I'm sorry" "Don't be sorry" I laughed as I jumped on him so I was sat on his lap straddling his waist, I felt his arms wrap around me, "So is Levi and Tara coming?" "No, there busy in face all our friends are" I pouted "That's not like them, I wonder what they are up to" he smirked "I don't know, but I feel its something to do with us..because why aren't invited" I said acting like i' the new Sherlock Homes
