Chapter 49: High hopes

I looked at him and my eyes filled with tears "I'm not pregnant..I am so sorry I said as I walked up to him "It's fine" He replied to me as he wrapped his arms around me tightly but I knew he wasn't fine, I knew he was hurt and seeing him hurt makes me feel hurt, "I know your not fine" I said looking up at him "Riley I said it's fine, just drop it"He snapped as he walked away back downstairs to join the others. I followed behind 5 minutes after him. "What took you so long?" Tara smirked. "nothing" I said faking a smile. I walked over and sat with Nate and tried cuddling up to him but he just moved away. I felt hurt after, I felt this was my fault.

"Riley? can I talk to you" Tara asked standing up, I just nodded and stood up and went outside "What's happened" She asked as she sat down on the wall "Well, this might be a shock" I said starting to talk " but me and Nate we were trying for a baby but, It hasn't gone to plan and Nate is upset about it and I feel like it's my fault" I sighed staring down at my feet. "Riley it isn't your fault don't ever think that, when the time is right it will happen" she smiled, she always knew how to cheer me up. "Yeah your right thanks Tara I don't know what I would do without you" I smiled giving her a hug.

We went back in to the others but Drew and Taylor were not to be seen I sat down back next to Nate as Tara sat back with Levi, starting a make out session which made me slightly jealous because there relationship was like so strong. I cuddled up to Nate "Where's Taylor and Drew?" I whispered " I don't know he said as he shrugged me of him, Tara obviously saw and I knowing Tara she will say something "Nate what is your problem? she is meant to be you girlfriend, yes I know your upset and I know the reason why but don't you think Riley is upset to?" She shouted. "Tara can I ask why the fuck do you always butt in to other peoples business?" Tia spat, before Tara could defend her self I spoke before her "Maybe because she actually cares about me unlike some" I said standing up before exiting the room.

"Riley wait" Nate said as he grabbed my hand "Look I know how your feeling but please don't push me away" "I know and I'm sorry" he pouted I sat back next to him, "So what are you trying to say Ri?! I don't care?" Tia shouted standing up. "Just go home Tia" I sighed "No not until you tell me what you mean that I don't care." I rolled my eyes and let out a sigh "Okay you want to know? First Tara is always there for me in fact everyone in this room is apart from you and your meant to be my twin sister! and then you dig at Tara for sticking up for me?" "Well she always butts in and its annoying" she yelled "Well maybe your annoying so just leave!" I yelled back.

"Fine maybe I will" she spat as she walked out "Thanks Ri, for sticking up for me" Tara smiled "It's no problem to be honest I wish you was my twin sister more than she is" I laughed. I looked up at Nate who was smiling at his phone "What are you so happy about?" I asked curiously "Wel" He laughed and then he showed me his phone were he had a pic of me a sleep wearing his shirt and you could see my bra and he set it as home screen I looked up at him and rolled my eyes "What come on, your my girlfriend and this photo is pretty damn hot" he smirked. I took my phone out and scrolled through my photos looking for a photo of him and I did it was a pic of him shirtless and just in boxers "When did you take that?" he laughed "Ahh that's for me to know and for you to find out" I smirked.

We looked over at Tara and Levi having a full make out session "Get a room" I laughed throwing a cushion at them both "Well which room can we have" Tara smirked "There's a spare room which is Tia's" Nate laughed "Oh so we can go and have our own room?" Levi smirked as he looked at us then at Tara, and Nate looked at for the answer "Why you looking at me? go for it, make yourself at home" I laughed Tara and Levi soon headed up to Tia's old room and there was only me and Nate, he rested his head on my should as I looked through my twitter and Instagram "Do you still want to keep trying/" he whispered "Nate I think we should wait, I would love to have a family but if we keep trying it might never happen because were always going to have high hopes but if we just let it go naturally there you could a chance "I smiled. "Why are you alright babe" He laughed as he kissed my neck "Because I am it's because I am cool and you aren't" I grinned "I'm not cool I'm hot" he smirked "True you are" I smirked back.
