Parents' Weekend Part 1

After waking up with Enid hugging her waist, Y/n got up and Enid woke up accordingly.

– Good morning little wolf. – Y/n said taking the uniform and going to change clothes in the bathroom.

– Good morning, Red girl. – Enid replied still layed down.

– Good morning to you too, Wednesday. – Y/n said noticing that Wednesday was already awake, and entered the bathroom.

When Y/n left the bathroom Yoko and Divina had already woken up and they passed her by saying good morning and entering the bathroom together, Enid was still lying in bed.

– You look in a bad mood... – Y/n said to Enid sitting on her bed and gently brushing the hair away from Enid's face who sighed.

– It's Parents' Weekend... – Enid said.

– Yeah I know, what's the problem? – Y/n asked.

– My mom always has some criticism to make, she doesn't really accept me... – Enid replied in a sad tone.

– I understand how you feel, my dad isn't the best either, my luck is he probably won't show up today. – Y/n said.

– Is your father still alive?! Is he a vampire like you?– Enid asked sitting on the bed.

– Not like me, but a traditional vampire. – Y/n replied.

– But common vampires don't live that long. – Enid said with a confused face.

– Let's just say he found a way to be tougher than others... Well, I'm going to see Xavier now. Put a smile on that face, little wolf. – Y/n said leaving the room.

Y/n met Xavier halfway down the halls.

– I was already going after you, princess. – Xavier said taking her hand smiling and giving her a peck.

– Did you miss me? – Y/n asked as they walked to the quad hand in hand.

– Almost didn't sleep... – he said jokingly and Y/n laughed – How was it with the girls? Me and Ajax saw your tiktoks, including the one where you almost kissed Enid... – Xavier said smiling.

– OH, that one... We did it on purpose to tease you two. – Y/n replied.

– It worked... – he said and Y/n blushed.

– Ah, the day was very good with them, but the night... –  Y/n said as they took a seat at one of the quad's tables.

– What happened at night? – Xavier asked curious.

– I slept with Enid holding me, I had a nightmare and she woke up scared accidentally digging her claws into me and almost went into total panic. – Y/n said and Xavier laughed.

– She must not have known about the healing factor... Wait, did you two sleep cuddling? – he asked and Y/n nodded smiling

– Jealous? – Y/n asked teasing – After that we just slept again...

Some students began to gather with their parents at the quad and Enid and Wednesday appeared as principal Weems prepared to speak.

– Nevermore was created as a safe haven for our children to learn and to grow, no matter who or what they are. I realize most of you have heard about the unfortunate incident involving one of our students. But I'm happy to report that Eugene is on the mend and is expected to make a full recovery. – Weems said, "Only thanks to you..." Xavier whispered to Y/n –  So let's focus on the positive and make this Parents' Weekend our very best yet. – Weems finished and everyone applauded.

– On the mend? Try in a coma. – Y/n heard Wednesday said to Enid.

– Will your dad show up? – Y/n asked to Xavier.

– Have you been to see him? You're his friend. – Enid said.

– No, what I got from him today was an apology message... – Xavier replied and Y/n held his hand – What about your father? – he asked.

– I'm the reason he's in the hospital. – Wednesday said.

– I hope not... – Y/n replied to Xavier.

– That is not your fault, okay? The monster hasn't attacked anyone the past week. Maybe Y/n finally scared it off. – Enid said.

– Is he that bad? – Xavier asked and Y/n nodded.

– Or maybe it went hiding to avoid this weekend. – said Wednesday.

At that moment Y/n saw Bianca alone and remembered that Xavier had been a complete idiot with her at Rave'N.

– You should go talk to Bianca, I think you forgot to apologize to her about Rave'N... – Y/n said to Xavier.

– So did you find out about it? – he asked.

– I hear a lot of things out there... Now go. – Y/n commanded and Xavier obeyed and Y/n became invisible to avoid questions.

– Not sure how much more of this family togetherness I can take. – Y/n heard xavier say to Bianca standing beside her, "Boy, that's not how you start an apology..."

– Think you skipped where you apologize for acting like a jerk last weekend. – Bianca said.

– Y/n said the same thing. I'm sorry for what happened at the dance. I shouldn't have asked you to siren-song me like that. – Xavier finally said.

– At least you got the girl of your dreams, I like her... Guessing your dad's a no-show again this year? – Bianca asked.

– Yeah. I got a text this morning. You? – Xavier asked to Bianca.

– Gabrielle hasn't show her face since I started here. Probably sunning herself somewhere in the Seychelles. – Bianca said.

– My darling daughter. I made it. Wouldn't miss this for the world. – someone said drawing the attention of both, probably Bianca's mother.

– I guess you misjudged her... – Xavier said going back to where he was sitting with Y/n.

Xavier made a confused face not knowing where Y/n had gone then she became visible and laughed at his fright.

– It's been a while since you did that, I almost thought you had stopped. – Xavier said smiling and giving Y/n a peck – I'm going to spend the day with Ajax and his family, do you want to stay with us? I'm sure he won't mind, he likes you. – he said smiling.

– I would... – Y/n was interrupted by a shiver that ran through her entire body.

The main doors of the quad opened, and Y/n immediately looked at the doors, not everyone noticed who was arriving, a man apparently in his mid-40s wearing formal clothes,who was walking towards her smiling widely.

– Hello, my beautiful daughter...
