Parents' Weekend Part 2

"– Hello, my beautiful daughter..." – Don't just stand there, give me a hug. – F/n spoke and Xavier noticed that he made a small movement with his hand and some kind of gray smoke floated around his fingers.

– Hi... Dad. – Y/n said getting up and giving him a hug who kissed the top of her head and she undid the hug quickly – Xavier, this is my father, F/n. Dad, this is Xavier. – she said introducing them.

– He is your friend? – F/n asked smiling.

–  He is my... boyfriend. – Y/n replied looking at the floor.

– It's nice to meet you, Mr L/n. – Xavier said extending his hand to F/n who hugged him instead of shaking his hand.

– No formalities, son. You're my son-in-law so call me F/n. – he said to Xavier as Y/n noticed that the other vampires on the quad were looking strange.

– Stay away from her, Yoko. She tarnished the image of vampires. – Y/n heard Yoko's father say and she felt her heart tighten.

– What are you doing here? – Y/n asked her father.

– I couldn't miss a Parents' Weekend, I missed my dear little girl. - He said smiling gallantly as always and she rolled her eyes.

– Whenever you show up, you almost certainly have a plan to screw things up. - Y/n replied crossing her arms and his smile was one step away from disappearing.

– I'll leave you alone with your father, see you later, Y/n? – Xavier asked.

– Of course, let's have a family talk later, son. – F/n replied sympathetically and Xavier smiled at him.

– See you later, Xav. – Y/n said giving Xavier a quick peck and he went to find Ajax.

– He's the first one who gets a nickname from you, things are really serious... - F/n said and Y/n was already getting irritated.

– Why don't you go straight to the point? What did you really come here to do? – Y/n asked as she sat down again and he sat across from her.

– I just thought maybe you were ready to read your story... – he replied and she rolled her eyes again.

– I knew it... it's always the same thing. Well, you came for nothing, and I really hope you don't intrude on my relationship with Xavier. – Y/n said in a serious tone.

– I have no problem with the boy, of all the previous ones he is the best, apparently... And I think we have plenty of time to decide if I came for nothing. – he said smirking.

Lunchtime came and all Y/n did was resist her father's attempts to get her to listen to her story.

They only had blood bowls since her father didn't like human food very much, then Sheriff Galpin came in looking intent on something, drawing everyone's attention.

– Can I ask what this is about, Sheriff? – Weems asked going after the Sheriff who ignored her.

– Gomez Addams. – Galpin called and Gomez got up turning to him

– How can I help you, Sheriff? – Gomez asked and the sheriff started handcuffing him.

– You're under arrest for the murder of Garret Gates. You have the right to remain silent. – Galpin said and at this point, Morticia and Wednesday were standing in disbelief – Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

– Dad? – Pugsley said and gomez looked at him giving a crooked smile.

– You have the right to an attorney. If you can't afford one, one will be appointed for you. – the Sheriff said getting out of the quad with Gomez, leaving everyone shocked.

– Nevermore always has a homicide drama. – F/n said to Y/n smiling and she gave him an annoyed look.

{ A Few Hours Later}

Everyone was in the woods with their parents, campfires lit and roasting marshmallows, Y/n and her dad were side by side in front of a campfire but she had his back to the campfire to avoid flashing memories with his daughter again.

– Ever stop to think that maybe you should remember why you developed this obsession with red? – F/n asked.

– Can you stop this? Nothing you say will make me want you to tell me about the past or read that stupid book. – Y/n replied without looking at him.

– Okay, enough of your stubbornness, Y/n. – he said in an almost annoyed voice and she looked at him confused.

– Go call your boyfriend, it's time for the family talk. – he said waving his hand and again gray smoke swirled around his fingers and Y/n obeyed by going after Xavier.

– Xav, come with me. – Y/n said extending her hand to Xavier who was sitting on the grass and he realized there was something wrong with her.

– I'll be back later... – he said smiling at Ajax and his family as he took the Y/n hand – Did something happen?

– No. We're gonna have a family talk, that's all. – she answered without looking at him as they sat opposite her father on the grass.

– Now, I'm going to tell you a story, Xavier, and you will just listen and after that you'll decide if staying with Y/n is worth it. – he said again using the gray smoke.

– No, you can't do that! – Y/n said almost getting up.

– And you, my little girl, will not try to stop me. – F/n said moving the smoke in front of her eyes making her be quiet.

Y/n couldn't stop him from telling the story, but she could ignore him wearing earphones with loud music, she lay on the grass and tried to ignore the fact that Xavier was going to find out about the horrible things she had done in the past.
