The next morning, I woke up to Jensen gone from the bed.

I pushed the covers back as I heard the laughter from outside the bedroom door.

I grabbed Jensen's shirt that was on the edge of the bed and slipped it on as I went for the door.

I stopped when I heard my phone going off.

I glanced back as it was a number that I didn't know.

I unlocked my phone, "Hello?"

"You can't deny that everything is perfect right now when you have the children, you have the man, and you have the perfect little life."

"Hello, who is this?"

"God is My Judge."

I looked back at the door as I knew exactly who it was.

"Our lives are going to start unfolding themselves here soon. You will see the bodies and you will smell the blood. I'm not done with my mission. I'm not done with you Jordana. I'm not ready to stop hurting you like the way that you hurt me those years ago."

I hung up the phone as the door was pushed open.

Avery looked up at me, "Are you ready to leave Mom?"

I smiled back at her as I bent down to her, "Always baby girl."

In the projects, Alaska walked down the street that she had grown up on.

She stopped when she came to the little house in the middle with the blue exterior and the red door.

Alaska pushed her hood back as she saw the front window was lit up by a single candle.

Alaska dropped her head as she went up to the door.

Alaska knocked on the door when she heard footsteps.

They were light and short.

Alaska looked up as the little old lady came to the door.

"Hello sweet child, can I help you?"

Alaska looked at her.

Alaska wanted to say something but she couldn't.

The old lady smiled at Alaska, "Would you like to come in?"

"No, I'm sorry to have bothered you." Alaska backed away from the door.

"You came here for a reason my dear; you should come into the house and talk to me."

Alaska stopped at the bottom of the steps.

"You are scared of something but I can promise you that I won't hurt you and that I will listen to whatever you have to say."

Alaska walked inside the house as the lady shut the door behind her.

Alaska glanced back at her as she pointed to the back room.

Alaska followed her toward the back of the house.

"So, why are you here?"

Alaska glanced around the room when a photo caught her attention.
