The wedding was beautiful. The venue was at a very large mansion and the ceremony was held outside in the afternoon sun, overlooking Lake Constance. We met Kimi and his family again, Lewis and Daniel when we got there, and both Daniel and Lewis made sure to let us know how well we cleaned up, which made me feel a little bit better about the whole dress situation.

We sat down together a few rows behind Sebastian's parents and waited until the music started playing. I grabbed Charles' hand and he put it in his own lap as we turned around to watch Seb accompanied by his best man walking to the altar. He got into place and he looked so emotional before Hanna even came out. He was rocking back and forth on his heels and he kept blinking.

When Hanna showed up, holding onto her father's arm, with Seb's two girls as the two flower girls walking in front of them, Seb started crying and it almost made me cry just from watching it. I am definitely a crier. I cry all the time, to movies, sentimental stuff, anything emotional will make me emotional. I'll cry on my wedding day, mark my words, I'll be damned if I even choose to get my makeup done on the day.

She walked up to the altar where Seb was wiping his tears away with a tissue his best man provided him with. I watched the oldest daughter adjust her mother's dress and my heart just burst. For the whole ceremony, Charles ran his thumb over the top of my hand and I put my head on his shoulder as we watched on. When it became time for the 'I do' I sat up and I had the largest smile on my face as I saw how Seb was smiling wider than ever, prepared to say it to his wife. His wife.

As they kissed and walked out we cheered and threw confetti and pedals that we'd been given when we arrived, and I turned to Evie who seemed equally as happy as I was. I kept thinking that I can't wait for her wedding day, even though I'll probably cry the whole day and I'll have to chain her to the bed so she won't pull a Rachel Green the night before the wedding. Not because she won't love the man she marries, but because she'll probably get nervous for the whole thing and then overthink whether or not she loves him, even though it will be clear as day that she does.

We got a quick moment to congratulate them before they went to take some photos, while the rest of us were guided to where the dinner would take place. We found our assigned tables, which we realized were F1 related. Max, Evie, Pierre, Daniel, Lewis and I were seated at the table called 'Circuit de Monaco' which both Charles and Daniel were both very pleased with as it happens to be their favorite track. Kimi was seated somewhere else with his family, which he was probably happy about.

People mingled, and most of them communicated in German which meant that Pierre, Charles and I barely understood anything of what was said around us. I didn't mind, because to be honest, I'm not very great at socializing with grown up strangers, but I know Charles and Pierre were humbled and finally got a taste of their own medicine. Some of the guests were actually from Schweiz though, meaning they spoke French, but unless Pierre, Charles and I were spoken to directly, most of the guests spoke in German.

Then there was Kimi, who avoided people in general, who sat with his wife and kids who probably didn't understand any language that was spoken around them except for English. I noticed Kimi pointing over at me as he was talking to his son, so I excused myself from Charles and whoever he was talking to and I went over to them.

"Hello," I said as I took a seat at their table, and I introduced myself to Kimi's wife and then Kimi said something to his son in Finnish before holding his hand out to shake mine.

"He's bored so I told him to go play with you, you like children," He tells me with his very Finnish accent. I laughed, because of course I'd play with his kids. Kimi rarely speaks when he's at the paddock, at least not to me, but he's polite and nice with a little teasing attitude when he actually does talk. I've also learned a lot of times that he's way more social when he's at places outside his work. A private wedding, for example.
