The grey dreariness of the beach was very familiar, the person that sat beside me was also somewhat familiar.
"Tell me mikró fídi, why be so abrasive to such a great gift?"
Before I could answer Almeta had already answered herself with another question
"Is it because they call it a curse or because you cannot tame us?"
Almeta's human form had only just developed. When I first talked with her, she had an animalistic look. A very large snake coiled up next to me on the grey beach. Though, there was three people that existed in this dreary beach. Almeta, Mikol and Maj.
All three of them were trapped here, I would let them go if I could, but I learned how difficult that would be. My mother had always referred to them as the "soul energy that had been the key to my gift."
I remembered her mad almost confused face when I asked who they were, I'd described them to her, and she seemed upset, full of an intense rage. Before that she had favored me over my other siblings, I had been very young then.
The surrounding area was always the same.
Deep grey waves lapped at the pale grey sand shore, the rocky cliffs behind us went miles high. You could never see the sun here, or the moon for that matter. It was permanently cloudy and very bright, not in a colorful way in a blinding white way.
"I believe that silence is a yes?"
I looked over, long dull blue hair that sprawled around their body, yellow sclera and deep blue pupils, pale white skin speckled in freckles. A sheer white dress. She was not the size of a "normal" person. Around eight feet tall. (about 247cm for my Europe peeps)
Almeta's eyes shifted towards me, her down turned eyes had a soft look, they always did.
"Fídi, I understand you aim to be lion hearted and powerful, but your hands still shake, and mind still clouds, your anger overwhelms your judgement."
I looked back out at the waves; the tide had lowered slightly.
"You fight with the same bloodlust as a hungry wolf. I know it is what you were taught so it is all you know, but you need to learn to harness it before it devours you."
Heidi muttered something else with a slight sigh, I don't think she meant for me to hear it. "That father of yours taught you to seek glory in gallons of blood, rather it be someone else's or yours...but gosh your mother taught you even worse."
I pulled my knees to my chest, slouching over more, she was right, I hated that she was right.
"Mikol and Maj would tell you exactly what I have." Almeta added, she was talking of the devouring part not the part I was not supposed to hear. She had a habit of saying things she was thinking out loud.
"Good job adding insult to injury Almeta." A familiar voice laughed.
I looked back to see Mikol, the bone armor they wore, they also possessed multiple arms, giving them the ability to control the multiple sets of skeleton arms connected to their back.
They wore a fancy outfit that was covered in bones. The long spine of a snake ran parallel with theirs; the tail was animate and floated around as they walked. A flame like glow came from the top of it. A soft rattle could be heard as they neared.
