Zak POV
Right after we finish the concert I feel exhausted, we have one more concert in Ohio tomorrow before we drive to Pennsylvania - which is three concerts, and then after we have a break for a day in Pennsylvania, we then have to take a flight to Missouri for two concerts and another flight to Texas for four concerts and then a flight back home to California, Los Angeles. Totalling up, a whole fortnight of performing (except the days we have to travel, those are basically break days except having to move around lots.) It's a bit all over the place.

This month is so busy, I'm exhausted and now I have to take three showers a day. Our Manager wants us to keep clean and fresh so we get used to it - do I smell that bad?

One shower in the morning, another shower pre concert and another shower post concert. Maybe a shower at night if we do anything special between the times of post concert and before going to bed.

I'm in my pyjamas doing some work on my computer while Geo is on his phone still in his clothes from the concert that finished two hours ago. "You should go get changed." I face my right to the other single bed. "I guess your right." He yawns, he turns off his phone and goes through his suitcase.

"Did you see how some fan started throwing water bottle caps at me and Cara? You and Ant are lucky, I'm pretty sure one of them got in my hair." Geo starts to comb his hair out just incase the cap is still in there. I chuckle, and then I remember something, "Wait. Don't change into your pyjamas yet."

Geo deafens and looks at me, "Hm? Why?"

"I thought you wanted to come visit my family with me?"

"Oh yeahh, sure!"

Darryl POV
School isn't on for the rest of the week, and I'm almost glad that it isn't. I'm still basically shitting myself at the idea of going for school; Maybe I should start taking online classes at home.

I sigh, "Fuck it."

I shut my laptop closed and take my phone out of my pocket. I open the iMessages app and click on the contact "Zak" and I unblock him, shortly later texting him.

You
Hey

I huff and I immediately turn my phone screen down, shutting my eyes tightly.

Zak POV
Me and Geo hop in our Uber wearing our one way sight black sunglasses and black mask, Geos hood being pulled up while I have tucked all of my hair into my white beanie.

I tell the Uber driver my parents home address and the driver types it in into her gps.

I get a message on my phone but I'm not bothered to check it, I'll check it later.

It's dark, currently 8:24pm. I peer out the car window and I see all of the traffic lights and cars driving around to places they gotta be. Geo notices my staring, "It's nice here isn't it?"

I nod, "Mhm." The place where we are in Ohio is like a little small town, with coffee and pizza shops, supermarkets placed around. Suddenly we turn, and I start to remember everything from when I'm as younger. My eyes dart to the playground, the playground where i started screaming because I pigeon shitted on my head.

"Me and Ant grew up in Nevada.. I guess it was just you and Cara who grew up here." Geo speaks.

Then we pass Caras old house; I remember there was this one time where I came over to her house after school and she started doing my makeup with dollar store eyeshadow and her moms lipstick.

When both of us moved away from our families 2 years ago, we were scared. We were only 15, and we travelled by plane all the way to California with the two of us only, we had to promise each other to stay by each other at all times. When we arrived we stayed at our online friends - Geo and Ant - house for a while where we wrote and sang our second album (me and Cara were the first two in the band where we released our first album called 'Outside Cardigan' which got released after we got a deal with Caras uncles friend Margaret who works at a record deal company) before me and Cara moved out at 16 and got our own houses. Geo and Ant still live together, just in a more complex house.

When the car stops the Uber driver turns around, "We're here."

My eyes shot up to the window, here I was. Right in front of my childhood home. The lights inside are turned on and you can tell through the window.

They painted the roof black, unlike the shade of darkish red we had before.

They got a new car, unlike our white four seater.

"Thank you." I smile to the driver, I open the car door and I jump out - Geo doing the same. I walk onto the frown lawn, I take a deep breath and I purse my lips.

Geo then suddenly walks in front of me and gives me a warm hug, I don't hug back instantly, I haven't hugged anyone in years. I melt into the touch and I hug him back, my arms wrapping around his shoulders.

"It's gonna be okay." Geo mumbles into my shoulder.

We pull away and I walk up to the front porch. I then knock on the wooden door three times.
