"Happy birthday, Ren!" Maya jumped onto my bed, startling me awake. I catch my breath while I sit up.

My sister had the goofiest grin on her face whenever I sat up. She had a present on her lap.

"Thanks, sis." I smile a little bit while rubbing my eyes. She picked up the present and handed it to me.

She told me to open it while I started ripping the paper up. I looked to see it was a Kylie Jenner cosmetic set.

I smiled a little bit when I saw it. "Thanks sis, I love it." I tell her. I quickly see my phone to see a bunch of birthday messages.

I couldn't believe I made it to twenty. "Did you wanna get lunch?" I ask her, hoping she would say yes.

"I already planned a lunch date with us two at Bdubs cause I know it's your favorite." She smiled towards me.

I swear, I love her. I look to see it was already almost ten thirty. I already had a video edited today so I just had to publish it.

"Let me publish this video real quick and I'll start getting ready." She nods her head while climbing off my bed.

She tells me she's gonna start getting ready since publishing won't take too long. I grab my Macbook and go to YouTube.

I hit the publish button while I get up to find an outfit. I decided on fishnets with jean shorts on over them.

I put on a white cami with a flannel. It was simple but really cute. I noticed the video was published so I made a post on my social media.

I put makeup on to match my outfit and I thought it looked really good. Once I was ready to leave, Maya walked in.

I told her I was ready so we went to leave. I grabbed everything I needed before we left. Maya said she would drive which didn't bother me at all.

Lunch with Maya was honestly really nice. We gossiped and talked about things that's been happening.

She tried to say that Colby and I were gonna be a thing, and she totally ships us together.

I tried to ask if there were any guys she likes, and of course she tried to hide it from me.

Apparently there's this guy in her classes that she thinks is super attractive.

Maya's never had a problem with finding guys that like her so I have high hopes.

She's pretty, outgoing, and has a good personality. She told me how he's on the baseball team and his major is sports medicine.

I hope I get to meet him cause he sounds like a good guy. When we got back, she said that she was going to work on some homework.

I grabbed my guitar so I could strum. I started playing Amnesia by Five Seconds Of Summer.

It was one of the first songs I learned how to play on guitar. As I sat there and played, the front door opened revealing Colby.

I smiled when I saw him and stopped playing. "Hey, I didn't know you were coming." I tell him honestly.

"Just wanted to surprise the birthday girl." He smiled widely. I couldn't help but blush a little bit towards him.

He had a gift bag in his hands while he came over towards me. He sat on the couch next to me while he stuck out the gift bag.

"This is for you." He smiled. I took it shyly while I took out the gift paper. I looked to see it was Jeffree Stars 'Thirsty' pallet.

I couldn't help but smile knowing I've been wanting it. "Holy shit, thank you Colby!" I happily tell him.
