"Lady Crest." I take a deep breath, looking back over at Loki once more before stepping forward. "You have a lot of explaining that needs to be done." Odin says slowly.

"I, uh, kinda figured after, well, that." I say nervously. "What do you, uh, want to know?"

"Everything."

"Well that's.... vague." I say with a small frown. "But I'll try my best." I take a deep breath before starting. "Well, if you didn't notice, I'm not a normal Midguardian." I say, getting some chuckles through the crowd. "My Father was a fire spirit," I quickly light my hand on fire to show it. "And my mother was a siren." Everyone in the hall was quiet. "My mother died giving birth to me, and my father abandoned me on the side of the road. I was brought up through a few different families until I was eight years old. I was then taken and experimented on and tortured until I was thirteen."

That got a reaction. I heard gasps, and I felt eyes on me, but I refused to look away from Odin. "It was then that I was found by SHIELD, and they've raised me since then."

I stood there awkwardly, waiting for the murmurs to stop and for the next question to be asked. I really hoped that Odin wouldn't want me to go into detail about the experiments. If I did I would break down again, and I really didn't need a crowd for that.

"You met Loki when you fought against him." Odin says. He's about to say something else, when I realize something. They don't know how we actually met.

"Well...." I trail off. "Not exactly." Odin raises his eyebrow, but continues.

"Then how did you meet?"

"Um..." I glance at Loki before answering. "When he first came to Ea-Midguard. " I correct myself. "I was there when he opened the portal. He tried to put me under his mind spell thing, and it wouldn't work, so he kidnapped me." People started to talk again, but Odin ignored them.

"The power of the tesseract did not work on you?" He asks, clearly surprised.

"Well... no. Obviously."

"Why not?"

"I don't know." I say. "It just... didn't. Trust me, I was pretty surprised too." Odin thinks for a moment before deciding to leave that subject. I would probably be asked about it later.

"Thor and Warrior Barton both claim that you have feelings for Loki." He says.

"I do. I love him." I respond immediately.

"And do you," I could tell he was getting ticked that I kept interrupting him. "Think he has changed at well?" Was he serious?

"What do you expect me to say?" I ask. "No I don't think he's changed and I love a murderous psychopath? Oh course he has changed!" I really needed a filter between my mouth and my brain. It was going to get me in trouble. Well. More trouble.

"Would you allow us to see? To watch the change you have witnessed?" The woman that had shown Clint's memories steps forward, and I look around nervously. My memories. If I lost control, even for a few seconds, the horror would start to show. I didn't want anyone to see it, let alone go through it. "Lady Crest?"

"I-It's just- " I stutter, nervous.

"Just like Warrior Barton, you would have complete control of what we see."He says, looking at me warily.

"I'm just worried that I wouldn't be able to keep control." I say slowly. "And if I did... That's something that no one would want to see. Something no one should see." I explain. "The torture. The experimentation."
