"I remember you." I say, looking into Loki's emerald eyes. His face lights up with a smile, and I'm nearly crying. "Oh my gosh, I remember you." I cup his face in my hands and kiss him.

"Can you guys wait to do that?" Tony calls out from the side of the room. The other's begin to walk towards us. "Cause it isn't exactly our favorite thing to watch." I laugh a little, and Loki helps me up. Once I'm on my feet, I take a turn hugging all of them.

"I can't imagine what I put you through." I say, hugging Loki again. "What I put any of you through."

"It doesn't matter. What matters is that you remember now." Loki says quietly, kissing my forehead.

"You only put us through a lot of worry and stress." Tony says, and Nat hits him. I bite my lip, suppressing a laugh.

"No, he's right." I say with a sad smile. "I did, and I'm so sorry." I feel a large hand on my shoulder, and I turn to see Thor and Magdaline. "How do I thank you for this?"

"You don't." Magdaline says, and I raise an eyebrow. "Trust me, the experience was... it was enough. I was enlightened to a few things, and I now have a new respect for you, Prince Loki." She does a slight bow to him, and I see the surprise on his face.

"You saw all of my memories?" I ask. She nods, and I feel myself blush. "All of them?" She laughs, and nods again. I blush harder, looking down at my feet, making her laugh harder.

"Don't worry, I won't tell any of them."

"In my defense, I was pregnant." I say, pointing at her.

"And hormonal." She mutters under her breath.

"It was one time!" I exclaim. Both of us look at the other's bewildered and confused expressions and start to laugh. "Okay, but seriously, that stays between us." I say when we both calm down.

"Can't they look it up on your security thing?" She asks. I shrug.

"They don't know when to look up, so I'm not that worried." I say, brushing it off. She nods, and I turn back to the others. "So anyway-"

"No no, don't change the subject. Now I'm curious." Clint says. "What did you do that you aren't going to tell us?" I raise an eyebrow.

"Do you really think I'm going to tell you that?" I ask. I rub the back of my neck, noticing the soreness in it for the first time. "How long were we....?"

"About four hours." Nat says nonchalantly.

"Four hours?" I exclaim. We were there for four hours?

"If you had lost all of your memory, it would have been the entire day." Magdaline says. I nod quietly, and I freeze when a thought strikes me.

"Love? What's wrong?" Loki asks, noticing my expression. It's only a moment before my legs carry me so I'm sprinting for the door.

Loki's POV~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

"Love? What's wrong?" I notice Sophie suddenly freeze. The next thing, any of us know, she's sprinting for the door. "Sophie?!" I yell, but she's  turned the corner. A second later, I sprint after, following her. For a small woman, she's extremely fast. I follow her through the hallways, and up the stairs until I find her standing outside Melody's door. Her hand is on the doorknob, but she hasn't gone in.

"Sophie?" I ask, resting my hand on her shoulder. She looks up at me with her large, beautiful orange eyes.

"I left you alone. Both of you." She says, looking back at the door.

"She won't remember." I say, trying to cheer her up. She gives me a small, sad smile.

"But I will." She says in a small voice. "What did I miss Loki? Her first smile? Her first laugh?" I stay quiet. "That's what I thought." She mutters.

"Of all the things you remember." I say, trying to get her to laugh. She doesn't. "Well," I speak again after a moment. "standing outside this door will do you no good." She purses her lips before nodding, turning the handle. She walks into the room slowly and cautiously, as if not quite sure of herself.

"Hello Melody." I watch from a few feet away as she slowly reaches in the crib and picks Melody up. "I'm your mother. And guess what?" I raise my eyebrow. What was she.... "I have no idea what I'm doing." She whispers. I chuckle, making her smile at me.

"I didn't either. When you first went into that coma." I say. She narrows her eyes at me.

"You have four other kids." She says. I hesitate before answering.

"I didn't exactly do well with them." I say quietly with a grimace.

"Every time I've talked with Hel, she's been amazing. Absolutely lovely." She says with a smile. "But I haven't met your sons. I would really like too."

"They want to meet you too." I say with a smile. She turns to me in surprise.

"You started talking to them again?" She says happily, a smile growing across her face.

"I took your advice. You were right, shutting them out was a bad idea." She tries to hide the smirk on her face by looking down at sleeping Melody, but I see it. "Yes yes, you were right." I say, rolling my eyes with a chuckle. I watch as Sophie slowly sets Melody back down in her crib, and she turns back to me.

"Everything finally seems to be working out." She says, smiling down at Melody before looking up at me. "Now we just have to wait for something else to go wrong." I laugh, pulling her into my arms. She sets her head on my chest as she wraps her arms around my waist. I hated to think it, but I really, really hoped Melody got some of my height.

Sophie's POV~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~

"Everything finally seems to be working out." I say, smiling down at Melody before looking up at Loki. "Now we just have to wait for something else to go wrong." Loki laughs before pulling me into his arms. I set my head on his chest after wrapping my arms around his waist. You wouldn't catch me saying it, but I really hoped Melody inherited some of his height. Being short sucked.

"Stark suggested something." Loki starts, and I look up at him with disbelief. "I know, but it was a good idea. He suggested that we go on a date night."

"That... actually sounds really nice." I say with a smile. "A date night sounds...." I trail off as a thought hits me, and I pull back slightly, looking at him. "Loki?"

        "Hmm?"

"Have.... have we ever been on an actual date? Like, you ask me beforehand, and we go somewhere nice, just the two of us, out in the open?" I ask, and he looks down at me.

"Of course we...." he trails off. "Oh." I can't help it. I start to giggle. "Well then, would you like to go on our first date tomorrow night?" He asks, and I grin.

"Well, we've already had  a child together, so I can't well refuse, now can I?" I say with another laugh. He grins, pecking me on the head.

"I do have a question though." Loki says as we walk towards the door. I look up at him curiously. "What were you and Magdaline talking about earlier?" I shut the door quietly, and look back up at Loki with a smirk.

"That is for me to know, and for you to never find out." I say before pecking him on the nose and sprinting away.
