For days Peri sat at the dining room table. She was clicking away on her computer. Her computer. It was all hers, thanks to the three men who had gifted it to her. Peri's notebook rested beside the computer as she typed. She would turn her head slightly to look at the notebook page and transfer her words onto the computer screen.

Peri would read the tiny handwriting and squint her eyes to double-check that she was reading it correctly. With everything that had happened in her life, she had to keep her writing small to ensure everything could fit. It was the only notebook she had, and it was a precious item she always had to keep close.

Her mind would reflect the days she had written down with each line she read. The path that she had been on was broken and baren. She was alone in the world where no one could see or hear her. Peri remembered trying to get people's attention when she first became invisible. She would jump in front of people, waving her hands frantically in front of them, or scream as loud as she could. No one around her would stop and look at her. No one even batted an eye in her direction.

Peri stopped her writing and gave her back a stretch. She had been feeling uneasy all day. Peri had been cooped up in the house for days. She chalked it up to too many days inside and the memories in the forefront of her mind.

Peri needed to get out. She looked out of the window and could see a big storm was coming in. If she didn't go and spend some time outside today, then she would be stuck indoors longer as she would wait for the rain to stop. "Fresh air will do me good," she told herself.

She looked at the counter and could see the phone lying there. Typically she would be bombarded with calls and texts from the guys. Since the day she was handed that device, it had been going off with calls or texts for her. They would check in with her, making sure she was eating or taking a break from staring at the computer screen too long. The first few days were adorable. The last few were starting to drive her nuts. She had never spoken to any of them for more than a few hours at a time. Sometimes she talked to a few of them throughout the day, but now that she had the phone. She was in constant contact. They would send her emojis, GIFs, and video clips. Namjoon would send her links to articles or book reviews. Jin would send her recipes and see if she would be interested in eating the food. He was trying to figure out her likes and dislikes. Yoongi would send her songs from other artists. He was showing her what he likes to listen to.

However, the phone had been silent all day. 'They are busy today,' she thought. BTS was occupied, in fact. They were about to head on tour. They were finishing up songs they were working on before they would leave. They were getting clothes fittings for their performances on stage. They would dance and sing every spare minute between.

"I'll swing by and check on them for a change. It'll give me the excuse to get out of the house." Peri got dressed and made her way to the HYBE building that BTS, too, had been stuck in for days. She would offer them a break for just a few minutes before they would get swept again in their work.

When she arrived at the building, she had checked every floor and couldn't find them. Perhaps she should have called, but at the time of her idea, a surprise visit seemed like the smart move. It wasn't until now that she might have made a mistake. She checked one last floor before she would give up.

The floor was hushed. Only her footsteps could be heard as she made her way to the door where she thought they could be. She creaked open the door a little and popped her head inside. She found who she was looking for, but it was odd. She slid into the room and observed what she was seeing.

BTS were the only people in the room. Whoever had been here having cleared out a while ago. Now, they were huddled together in a tight circle. Namjoon was in their center and was talking low enough to where Peri couldn't make out what he was saying. The other men were listening closely to what Namjoon was saying to them. Peri could see little nods here and there. Most of them just stood there and listened with stoic faces, and their eyes locked onto their leaders. Jin, however, looked like he had just sucked on a lemon, and Taehyung had his head down. He wasn't looking at Namjoon or anyone else around him. Peri couldn't decipher what was going on with him. All she could fathom was that it wasn't good.
