Peri woke up the next morning but could not remember how or what time she had gotten home. She did know that she slept hard. The waves from the ocean had rocked her into a deep slumber, and she stayed in a dreamless wonder all night.
After her stretch and trip to the bathroom, Peri went to the kitchen for a large cup of get-up-and-go-go juice. About halfway through her cup of coffee, Peri woke up enough to find her phone. As predicted, there were messages from the boys.

Brainy Dork: Good Morning, Fairy Girl
Chimmy Dork: You must have been bored at the beach! You were asleep when you came home last night. Don't worry; Kookie carried you in. We know how much you loooovvveeee that!
Brainy Dork: Don't start shit, JM. She had a long day
Bunny Dork: She had a GREAT time at the beach! TYVM.
Bunny Dork: I know you don't like being carried. Don't be mad!
Cuddly Dork: Want to come by and see our photo shoot?
Mr. Handsome Face: She is sleeping!
Best Dance Leader Ever: We're going to be here all day! Miss you, Peri!
Grumpy Dork: Eat Little Bird!

"Woo! These boys are a handful," Peri said to the empty room. Peri had a wonderful day yesterday. It was a much-needed break from the mundane she had been going through since the boys left. She knew she would keep going with finding new things to do when they left again for another few weeks. However, her new adventures wouldn't have the same excitement because the boys wouldn't be around to share them with her. It was a double edge sword. If she were going to continue to be a part of their lives, then she would have to continue on with her little life when they weren't around. The boys were always going to be busy doing something BTS related. It wasn't just their jobs; it was their whole lives.
Peri tried to focus on the present. They were here now and were being very sweet and attentive to her while they were still here. She wanted to do something to show her gratitude for them. She had a thought cross her mind and decided some research was in order. But first, she needed to text them back.
