Billie's POV

One year later and a bit later (may 2018)

So a lot has changed. My hair is now blue, I'm not single, I'm a lot more famous anddddd that's about it.

Waking up I roll over and instantly get greeted with my boyfriend James. Yep that's right my friend James is now my boyfriend. Reese is still my security guard but she still doesn't want to ruin my career. I'm going to be honest with you right now I am still not over Reese and I don't think I ever will be but I'm trying to move on.

"Good morning babe" He spoke bringing me into a hug

"I got to get up and plus my mom doesn't know that your here so your going to have to go through the window again."

"Bro why cant you just tell her about us. I mean we both love each other so I don't see the problem"

"you know why J. She doesn't like you ever since you crashed her Toyota"

"Bil are you awake. I'm coming in" I ran to the door and motioned to the window telling James to get out.

"One sec mom I'm changing" I picked up a couple of clothes that were on the floor. They didnt match at all but at least my excuse will match up. I opened up the door and she walked in sitting on my bed.

"We are going in 10 to go to the arena are you coming?"

"Yea lemme just finish getting ready and Ill be down"

With that she walks out of the room. It was quite strange I got to say she was smiling like that whole time. apart from walking into the room. I went into the bathroom and started washing my face. While washing off the soap I look at the mirror and see my neck. Covered and I mean covered in hickeys.

Now I know what she's smiling at. I told her that I went to Reese's apartment and came home early in the morning. She thinks Reese give them to me. How I wish that was true. Instead if you couldn't guess I went to James' house. We did it and me must have left these and I didn't notice. I swear some people cant listen like I told Reese not to leave marks what did she do. Leave marks. I told James not to leave marks what did he do leave marks.

I open up the draw of the rare pieces of makeup I have and luckily found some powdery thing that will cover up these or at least a little bit. I walked down stairs to see them all smiling at me apart from Finn. He is the only person that I told but that was because he walked in on me crying about how I don't want to hurt him but I don't want to be alone.

We walked to the car and I sat the back with Finn while mom sat in the front with dad driving. The music was playing allowing us to have our own conversation that they wouldn't be able to hear that well.

"When are you going to tell them Bil"

"I don't know what your on about"

"That your with James and not Reese"

"They know I'm not with Rees though they just don't know about James"

"Your neck says different they think you went to Reese's apartment last night and then you come home with that. They are just putting two and two together. What they don't know is you went to his house and then you two came home in the middle of the night and when mom knocked on your door this morning he climbed out of your window"

"Alright I tell them I just don't want to. I'm not sure its going to last longer and I don't want to get them involved on something which is not going to be something"

"Why don't you just get back with Reese Bil. You two were perfect and you were so happy together"

I tapped my mom on the shoulder. "Can you pull over please" She looked at me strangely but pulled over. "Ill meet you there I'm gonna walk. Its only like two minutes and I can do with the air"

I don't let anyone speak and I just walk heading towards the arena. The car drives past and I can hear my mom shouting at Finneas how not to upset about things right now and all that. I ignore things and carry on walking. I felt like someone was following but every time I turned around no one was there. As I turn around the corner I could see the arena in the distance. Footsteps were behind me and when I looked back there was this guy in a black hoodie. As I picked up my speed he got faster. I started running to the building and to my surprise there were people outside lining up with Reese handing out some waters out of her car. As people started yelling/chanting my name Reese turned around to see me running with the guy running behind me.

Reese's POV

I was handing out the waters out of the boot of my car to make sure everyone was okay. When they starting yelling Billie and screaming. I turn around to see her running my direction with a guy running behind her. I drop the water bottles and run to her making sure she is behind me protected.

"Sir step back" I say as I get in front of Billie. I could feel her breathing on my neck. I grab the inhaler that I have on utility belt and passed it to her as I can hear she's struggling to breath. The guy steps forward and makes a lunge at both of us with a knife. I grab his arm as he slightly misses and twist it making him drop the knife. I pull his arm around to his back and kicked him behind the leg so he drops to his knees.

He then lies down with his face to the ground and hands behind his back. I put my foot on the back of his back so he couldn't get up as I pick up the knife and putting it in the bag making sure my finger prints. I put the call in for the police and a couple of security guards to come out to check that everyone is okay while I stay with the guy on the floor. My adrenaline was so high I totally forgot that Billie was the one in danger. When I turned around I saw her fall to the ground. I call one of the security guys over to make sure he doesn't get up and I jogged over to Billie.

While everyone is yelling how they just saw Billie pass out. I called $ more guys over and they came pretty much straight away. I lined them up so they are blocking them from seeing Billie. I put her onto her back and unbuttoned her shirt slightly and her belt avoiding it from her clothing from being tight. About 10 seconds later she wakes up but is still really dazed.

I got up leaving her for a second and ran and got a water from the cooler. She tried to get up but I put her back onto the floor "Bil you just fainted you need to stay down for a little bit just incase you faint again" I unbottled the water bottle and passed it to her as I help her sit up. "Take little sips of that okay"

After a while the police came and got the guy and I helped her up and carefully walked her to the arena. As soon as we got in Maggie and Patrick rushed to us "Billie O'Connell what the hell happened we have been waiting over half an hour for you"

"Its a long story"
