Six months after the accident, Julia was finally making the announcement of her first full album. Writing an album was difficult, though, because it was frightening and uncomfortable to realize that people could decide in a matter of seconds whether or not they liked something you had worked on for months with blood, sweat, and tears. However, after she released her debut single, "how could you," things started to look better. Over 400 million people viewed the song and music video on YouTube, while 1.1 billion people streamed it on Spotify. She has since released three more tracks, including "Kill Bill" (SZA), "good 4 you" (Olivia Rodrigo), and "someday" (Lexi Jayde). Today, she was going to her recording label to meet with her team to announce the release of her album. 'Her team' sounded crazy to say, even in her head.

"Well, we have some exciting news", her agent Isabella began by pulling out her phone to record.

"As you are aware, we are announcing Julia's album release today and... we have just learned that she has been invited to perform at the Grammys! Not only that, she is also nominated for SEVEN Grammys!!"

Everyone cheered. Isabella hadn't mentioned anything to Julia before the meeting, which caused her to stare at her with confusion. She gasped, unsure of how to respond. As a child, Julia watched the Grammys with her dad and told him she would one day win one. She began to jump with excitement and tears. This was unbelievable. Julia never in a million years imagined that she would be nominated much less perform at the Grammys.

"Is that all?" she asked her agent, hoping it was all.  She had to inform Sira, Pablo, and her parents about this. Shaking her head, Isabella said, "No, that's it. You are free for now". Julia called her family right away, and eventually, everyone answered. Pablo appeared to be at practice while her mother and father were home. She was slightly confused about how he could answer while in training, but she shook it off, remembering she had big news.

"Guess what?"

"What?" Gavi said, annoyed, already getting tired of his sister.

"I'M GOING TO BE PERFORMING AT THE GRAMMYS ", she yelled, making her mom choke on her water and jump up from her chair.

"Julia Soler Gavira! I almost choked on my water wait - YOU ARE GOING TO PERFORM AT THE GRAMMYs" She nodded as fresh tears rolled down her cheeks. She anticipated crying numerous times today, and her parents also broke down in tears.

"And nominated!" Julia said.

"Mija. That's amazing." her dad said, proud of her. She had never witnessed her father crying. Meanwhile, Pablo couldn't believe what he had just heard come out of his sister's mouth.

"You alright there, Gav?" she chuckled.

He started running and screaming at the top of his lungs, "MY SISTER IS PERFORMING AT THE GRAMMYs!" His teammates and coach were shocked and speechless, congratulating her on the good news.
