"i have something planned after i get off of work!"

"a date?"

"of course, you're beautiful and you deserve everything."

"im pissed you had to go in early."

"if i didn't then i wouldn't get off early."

"true, but you deserve better."

"mm. i love you."

"i love you too. are you on break?"

"yes, i am."

"what have you done so far for work?"

"there's a lady that tried to break into the store, literally when we were opening. so she got banned. she said she was trying to get a vinyl for her niece."

"which one?"

"fall out boy, i think, she said."

"mm."

"the same one who made you cry."

"NO WAY?"

"way. her name is agatha."

"oh my god."

"yeah, pretty much. and then i had to go through all the vinyls and i had a shift alone. matty was there to open and deal with agatha, and then he left. there's this new girl who matty's training when i leave."

"wait we're getting a new employee."

"yeah, her name is... melanie i think."

"that's a pretty name."

"agreed. but we're gonna have to teach her the ropes. along with ashley and conan."

"it won't be that bad."

"no i know. speaking of ashley, when was the last time you talked to them?"

"uhm.. the other day, after work we had some coffee, remember? i was late for dinner?"

"oh yeah, i forgot. i just want to make sure you don't consume yourself in worrying about the wedding."

"what do you mean?"

"you're looking up prices and planning, aren't you?"

"no..."

"i know you are babe."

"fine. maybe."

"don't worry so much."

"you always say that."

"you always worry."

"i know."

"one second."

"okay."

he's gone for a minute and then comes back, and i'm sure he has to leave.

"my breaks over, babe. i gotta go back."

"okay."

"get ready, or don't, cause then we can get ready together. but i'll be off soon."

"okay."
