Amaryllis high does not allow pets on campus and conducts mandatory check ups on boys and girl dorms for any drugs, cigarettes and animals. Boys have their dorm check every saturday and sunday while girls have their dorm checks every thursday and friday.
Jack brought his dog fancy to the school ever since school had started, passing the dog to his sister, Jennie, whenever it was time for the boys dorm to be checked. This time however, he forgot to pass Fancy to her on that Friday evening, 30 minutes remaining before curfew.
