Jennie frantically paced around her dorm room, texting on her phone like there was no tomorrow. She'd went down at 4pm to collect the pets but her brothers didn't show up. She was anxious for them, the fate of her pets, getting caught and suspended, oh it stressed her so much that tears started to drip down her cheeks. She'd notice them stain her make up, quickly grabbing a napkin from her desk to pat her face dry. She needed to stay calm and place her faiths and hopes in her extremely untrustworthy brothers. (she was going to murder them). Jennie stood facing the window, letting out a sigh as the sun slowly disappeared over the horizon. She'd play back the memories she had playing with Fancy, sleeping with Princess and just having fun, it felt awful to lose them. The thought of it made Jennie tear up again.
Before she knew it, Charlotte came barging into the room panting. Her blonde hair disheveled as she leaned against the door, quickly placing down the 2 bags she'd been carrying.
"You forgot to lock your door, Jennie." Charlotte said as she panted heavily, sitting down on the carpet trying to catch her breath.
"Charlotte? Why are you here?" Jennie quickly wiped the tears of her cheek as her eyes glistened under the warm yellow lights. The cold autumn wind slamming against the windows as Jennie turned around slowly.
"Your..your pets." Charlotte now dragged the two bags, grabbing Princess out and handing her over to Jennie as she watched her face light up, her eyes sparkled and a sigh of relief escaping her lips. Charlotte would then carry Fancy out of the backpack, watching him as he just stared at her. His head tilted a bit as he looked at her curiously, licking her face as he wagged his tail and waddled over to Jennie who pulled him into a hug.

"Jack and Chris are idiots." Charlotte started, folding her arms. "They forgot about bringing the kids to you and tried sneaking over until they bumped into me, assholes." Charlotte rubbed her forehead with her hand, seemingly annoyed by how incredibly stupid they were.
"That's my brothers for you." Jennie sighed. "I'm just happy that my babies are here!" She exclaimed, hugging them tighter. "Thank you Charlotte." She smiled.
"Uhm you're welcome I guess." Charlotte wasn't sure how to reply, but she was sure that Jennie appreciated what she'd done a lot. "I'll be off now."
Before she could open the front door, Jennie quickly screamed "Wait!" grasping Charlotte's attention, causing her to whip her head around. "I'm not sure if you've been invited but...Stephanie's having a 'dress as your type' party tomorrow at 7pm and I have no one to go with." Jennie frowned. "I know this week's been a lot for you but experiencing a party wouldn't hurt? I'll come with you and buy you outfits, I owe you anyway." Jennie rambled.

This was an interesting offer to Charlotte as she looked upwards evaluating her options. She'd fold her arms while tapping her foot. Hmm, she needed a new outfit anyway and Chris said he'd take care of the rumours. "Aight, see you tomorrow at 11am. We're going shopping?" Charlotte replied.
Jennie's eyes lit up as she held her babies in her arms, nodding repeatedly as a visible smile grew on her face. She couldn't believe that she was helping the new girl get ready for her first ever party! Where was she going to bring her? Ooh, what's even her type? It was extremely exciting becoming friends with someone new!
As Charlotte left the dorm room, Jennie laid back on her bed wearing her favourite pink pajamas. Fancy and Princess were by her side hugging her like they were her little children. Jennie struggled to sleep, excited about what tomorrow holds.
