~Seo-jun's POV~

The screen illuminated the dark classroom as the class stared deeply into the screen, their mouths slightly open. They watched as the camera zoomed in to Dicaprio's face, the silence in the room was deafening. Just as things were getting interesting, the video paused and complaints erupted in the classroom. Everyone around Seo-jun seemed to be talking about what had happened in the play with dramatic hand movements, but Seo-jun did not understand a thing, having English as a second language had its downsides.

"Alright class, that's enough Romeo and Juliet for today!" Ms Wang tried her best to stay enthusiastic, acting like she did not down two cups of coffee in that one hour alone. The class groaned as the lights switched back on. "We'll be continuing on our group project! Please research the 6 main characters of the play and I'll be giving you your roles." She exclaimed.

"Eunnie, what's the point of this?" Seo-jun nudged Moon with a confused look on her face. She pressed her face against the palm of her hand as she leaned on the table, flipping the script of Romeo & Juliet hurriedly. Seo-jun could hear the pages of the book flap as she looked back up at Moon for an answer.

"To be honest, I don't know." Moon shrugged her shoulders. "But Ms Wang is going to assign us roles so that we can research about them and understand the play?" She tried reassuring Seo-jun.

"This isn't even useful to my career." Seo-jun muttered under her breath. How is literature even useful to the real world? It won't solve world hunger, nor would it make her perform better, Seo-jun was frustrated that they were spending time on topics that didn't really matter. "Aish.." She sighed heavily in annoyance as she pulled out her laptop, getting ready for research.
