~Jennie's POV~
The crisp morning wind howled right outside Jennie's dorm. Though it wasn't that early in the morning, a layer of mist could still be visible at the base of the nearby mountains. Jennie sprayed her vanilla scent perfume as she looked at herself in the mirror. This day had kept Jennie up all night, well not all night but it never left her headspace. In her dreams she was having conversations with herself, deciding what to wear and where to bring the girls out today, it was incredibly exciting for her.
The plan was to meet up in front of the girls dorm tower at 10am sharp so that they could catch the shuttle bus to the main city, Alteo. If Jennie had remembered correctly, her mother used to tell her that Alteo was the lover of Amaryllis in Greek mythology. Apparently, Amaryllis was a woman desperate to win the heart of Alteo that she'd stab her heart with a golden arrow, dripping blood all the way to his home which eventually bloomed into Amaryllis flowers. Of course, they lived happily ever after though rare for a Greek myth. Her mother was always convinced that the mythology was the core and folklore of the city of Alteo, weird but interesting. Alteo was like a flower city, you could see flowers blooming everywhere. On the buildings, at the sidewalk and as part of decoration to its traditional English architecture, a truly beautiful place to Jennie.
