"Who taught you how to fight?" Zhe Yan asked with a serious expression on his face.

Fengjiu paled. She thought to herself, 'This is not good...how do I answer?'

Cheng Yu rushed over to her side. "That was amazing Fengjiu! You beat a demon that is over 100,000 years than you!" Then she had a confused expression on her face. "How did you do that?"

She blushed and bit her lip. "Uh...I just did some learning myself."

"You learned...yourself?" Zhe Yan asked doubtfully.

She sighed, knowing that he wouldn't drop the subject. She turned to Si Ming and Cheng Yu. "Thank you both for supporting me. I really need to speak with Zhe Yan alone."Cheng Yu and Si Ming looked confused by nodded and teleported away. She turned to Zhe Yan. "You and I have a lot to speak about."

He looked at her curiously. "Yes, we do."

As they were walking, Fengjiu was trying to decide how much to tell Zhe Yan. She thought to herself, 'As much as I love Zhe Yan...he won't be able to keep certain matters a secret. Also, I know he will try and stop me from doing certain things that he deems as dangerous.' She sighed to herself. 'I can only tell him pieces of the truth.'

When they made it back to his house, and sat down in his study. She took a deep breath. "Do you remember the day that I fainted at school?"

Zhe Yan nodded. "Yes, what about it?"

Fengjiu sighed and not liking that she was not telling the complete truth. "I...I had a vision of things to come."

Zhe Yan saw the serious look on her face. "What do you mean?"

She stared at him. "Before I fainted, I saw myself going to the demon realm and encountering Dong- Er Dijun. I saw myself going to his library and reading what I could, to understand what was happening to me."

Zhe Yan looked amazed. "So...you can see the future?"

She bit her lip. "To an extent."

Zhe Yan gasped and stood up. "All the beings who could see the future have either died out or are in hiding. There have been no recent births with those abilities." He kept pacing around. "Usually sight powers manifest early in the child's life." He stopped walking and looked at her. "What will happen in the next few days?"

Fengjiu answered. "You and Father are meeting with the bear clan in the next two days, You will get Uncle a magic fan for his birthday in a few months, Father is going to set up for me to train for my ceremony which will happen in the next 300 years." Then she closed her mouth, wondering if the last thing she said was too much.

"You can see your ceremony in the next 300 years?" Zhe Yan asked with his eyes wide.

She thought to herself, 'Yes, I said too much.'

"Er," She hesitated. "I just know it will happen in 300 years." She laughed it off.

He looked at her curiously, but decided to drop it. "So you do have the gift of sight. It's more powerful than mine."

"I know what happened to the people who had this power in the past, High God Zhe Yan," Fengjiu stated and looked at him. "I know their visions caused pain for so many. I don't want to hurt anyone."

Zhe Yan sighed and sat down, and put his hand over hers. "I understand that you are frightened. I don't know why you have been given this burden, but I'm guessing the heavens have willed it." He smiled slightly. "You are brave and smart. I know you can handle it."

Fengjiu felt tears fill her eyes, but held them in. "I have to be able to handle it."

She thought to herself, 'I actually don't know if I can handle it...but I want to be able to.'

Zhe Yan looked into her eyes. "You know that you can't tell people outside our family."

She nodded. "I know. After my thorough research...I have seen how people perceive clairvoyants. I don't plan on telling anyone."

He smiled at her. "We can tell the family when you feel the time is right."

She squeezed his hand lightly. "All right." After a few seconds, Zhe Yan had a confused look on his face. "What is it?" she asked.

"I thought about this when Nie Chuyin sent that magic bolt at you. He seems...weird." Zhe Yan looked pensive. "The magic he used is quite different from what he used in the past."

She felt a moment of panic. 'I can't let him figure out about Miao Luo yet. I can't change things so drastically that I don't know what will happen.'

She acted childish, like she did in the past. "That shameless rascal. He swindled me and spoke in such a justified manor, as if we are the ones in the wrong." She pouted.

Zhe Yan had a smile on his face and hit her over the head with his fan. "You shouldn't believe others so easily." He laughed. "Though...you were able to get your face back yourself." Then he looked at her curiously. "Also, Fengjiu, how did you learn to fight?"

Fengjiu laughed nervously. 'I didn't tell him how I learned how to fight. I have to come up with something...and fast.'

She cleared her throat. "I...um when I was in the Nine Heavens I started reading a lot about fighting techniques." She bit her lip. "Also, I saw a bit of the training that I would get in the future."

Zhe Yan nodded. "That makes sense." He then smiled and stroked the top of her head. "I can't believe the gods blessed my family so well."

She kept the smile on her face. "I can't wait for you, uncle, and Aunt to teach me how to fight."

He smiled. "Yes, we can get started tomorrow, if you wish it."

"That sounds perfect," she stated with a smile. She thought to herself, 'I'm so relieved this conversation went well.'

He stood up and smiled. "Your youngest Uncle and I are forever your backers. I've already asked Little A'Li to stay by the Fox Emperor's side. Little A'Li will soften him. Tomorrow I will come by and we will both go see your Grandfather and you can apologize. I won't let him hurt you."

Fengjiu walked up to hug him. "Thank you for all that you do Zhe Yan. I'm sorry that I don't thank you more often."

He looked at her surprised and stroked her hair. "No need for thank yous. You're my family."

He was about to walk away, and before he left, she said, "Zhe Yan?" He turned around and looked at her curiously. She said, "I hope to make you proud."

He smiled. "You already have." Then he walked away. She assumed he was going to see her Fourth Uncle.

A moment later, Fengjiu went outside to go back to her room and saw the stars peaking out of the sky. 'The fake wedding must be going on right now.' She wondered, 'Is he thinking of me, the fox? Me the woman that he knew before the fox?' Fengjiu shook her head, knowing it did no good to ponder things that she would never know. She laughed when she remembered Zhi He's fate. 'I'll be glad when she is gone. When I see her again...is when my revenge begins.'

(A/N Hi guys! Originally this chapter was longer, but I wanted to think over how I wanted the wedding to go. So we get a chapter with Fengjiu and Zhe Yan all to themselves. I don't mind it!)
