Dong Hua sighed, he was in a meeting in the Nine Heavens. The Demon Lord, who was Ji Heng's brother was there and speaking to the Emperor. "Informing Heavenly Emperor, I've found out the truth behind my sister's disappearance during her wedding." He kept his fist to his chest to show respect. "It was a plan devised by Ji Heng's bodyguard, Minsu. Ji Heng was young, willful, and insensible. She was instigated and urged, leading to her to eventually run away from her wedding." He looked Heavenly Emperor in the eyes. "As her older brother, I wasn't able to discipline her properly. I feel ashamed and willing to be punished."
Heavenly Emperor asked, "Where are Minsu and Ji Heng now?"
The Demon Lord answered, "I pursued them, so that I could capture them. but..." He paused for a moment. "One of my soldiers betrayed me. They helped them escape. Now there whereabouts are unknown."

Dong Hua listened deeply. 'They are lucky that they escaped. I thought I had planned everything perfectly, to where they wouldn't encounter anyone.' He further thought, 'A soldier who betrayed the demon lord?...that is interesting. It is known how loyal their soldiers are.'

The Demon Lord continued, "This matter was was purely their doing, and has nothing to do with the Demon Tribe. Hopefully Heavenly Emperor and Dijun can be merciful and not involve others in this, affecting the relationships between the two races. As for all the punishments, I'm willing to bear them by myself."
Heavenly Emperor sighed and then looked at Dong Hua. "Dijun, what do you think?"
Dong Hua replied, "The matter has already come to this. There's no need to pursue it any further." He looked at the Demon Lord. " When your sister comes back, you should not force her to marry. Also, you should look into your soldiers and make sure there are no more traitors amongst them. It is quite uncommon for there to be traitors."
The Demon Lord bowed. "Thank you for your mercy, Dijun. I will do as you say."
Heavenly Emperor stated, "Since Dijun refuses to pursue it, I will also be lenient. But I hope matters like this will not happen again, so as to not cause embarrassment to either race."
