Part 26

Nico POV

"You okay?" Will asked, grabbing my hand.

We were walking towards the Mess Hall. I still had that weird feeling but it wasn't as bad.

"I don't know, i'm probably just over reacting," I shook my head.

I felt bad. It was probably nothing and I just ruined the moment.

"Hey, its ok Nico," His voice becoming serious.

I nodded, not sure what to say.

Before we walked into the Mess Hall, I leaned in and kissed him.

"See you later Will," I whispered and walked away.

Will POV

I watched him walk over to Hazel, relaxing more with every step.

I wasn't sure what to do. I was worried about him. 

I walked over to the Apollo table, sitting down next to Austin.

"Good morning," I said, rubbing my eyes.

"Good morning," Kayla smiled, "How's Nico?"

"He's good," I glanced over at him, seeing that cute look on his face.

Why does he have to be so cute?

"What happened? Why are you acting so weird?" Austin asked.

"Nothing, i'm fine," I said.

Nico turned, catching my gaze. He smiled, flashing his sparkling white teeth. I smiled back, running my fingers through my hair. He rolled his eyes then turned back to Hazel.

"WILL!" Austin poked his finger into my side.

"Ow! What?" I exclaimed, shifting away from him.

"I know you're in love with him but can you listen to me for 2 seconds?" He crossed his arms.

"I'm not-" I started.

"Oh be quiet, we know you are," Kayla rolled his eyes.

"Fine, what do you want?" I sighed.

"What happened last night?" Austin asked again.

"It wasn't anything," I shrugged, picking at the table.

"Stop lying," Kayla huffed.

"Fine, so he might have told me he liked me," I started

"And," Kayla prompted.

"And then i may or may not have made out with him," I finished, my voice slowly becoming quieter.

I smiled, propping my chin up on my hand, glancing back over at Nico.

"Oh my gods, no way!" Kayla exclaimed.

"Shh," 

"Congrats man," Austin said, playfully shoving my shoulder.

"Y'all are so cute," Kayla smiled.

I blushed slightly, tapping my fingers on the table.

"Anyway, i've got stuff to do, see y'all later," I said, my southern accent shinning through.

I stood up and walked out of the Feast Hall, heading towards the Apollo Cabin.

I laid back on my bunk, staring up at the bunk above.

I smiled. I couldn't believe last night had actually happened. He told me he loved me. I made out with him. 

I reminisced on the way his lips felt on mine. The sweet vanilla taste of his mouth. The warmth of his skin. 

I sighed and closed my eyes, letting myself dream about him.
