The tail fin worked and the Wright Flyer began to circle. But it wasn't high enough. The Wright Flyer was flying at a lower altitude than planned. The moving rock was looming. At this rate, the flying machine would collide with the rock. Orville looked around before praying to God. He noticed a steamship coming up the Colorado River. "That's it!" Orville turned the Wright Flyer over to the steamship. Steam from the ship's chimney created an updraft, pushing the Wright Flyer high into the sky!

The Wright Flyer continued to climb even after the rocks collided.

"Hooray!"

Cheers and applause. Miss Craig, who was usually calm and composed, was sending out cheers with a big smile on her face.

The Argo also blew its congratulatory whistle twice briefly. Then it run through the moving rocks.

Mission completed successfully. It was much cheaper than constructing a new rail, and the time was greatly reduced.

"We got more than that, but you know what, Miss Craig?"

Miss Craig answered quietly when asked by Theodore Roosevelt.

"You want to say that we've become together as one, right?"

Theodore Roosevelt nodded cheerfully.

The Argo reloaded five guns, boarded crew, and resumed journey to next destination, Salt Lake City.
