You were sure of it now. Diego is Zorro. How else could you explain Diego's weird behavior? All of Diego's friends mentioned that he was really brave and that he was a good fencer. How would they think so, if he's a coward? Something doesn't fit the puzzle. Maybe, that's because Diego pretends to be a coward to hide his identity. He also looks very similar to Zorro. Unless Diego has a secret brother, you highly doubt that two random strangers could look alike. Many people have concluded that Zorro is Diego. Is it just a coincidence that they all said that it was Diego? Also, whenever you and Zorro meet, he acts toward you as though he sees you every day. And how does Diego manage to know everything about everyone? If he's Zorro, then he needs to maintain his connections and status with people, to be able to attain information that he might need for some of his missions. Diego always disappears when Zorro appears. Coincidence? Not really. But, after all, it's just your thoughts. Maybe you're wrong and Zorro is not Diego. But so far, that's what you suspect. And that's what seems the likeliest to you. A couple of days ago, a conflict arose between the gang of the "Golden Tigers," and the army. Diego's friend, "Riko," was the leader; for some reason, he didn't seem as chaotic as usual about it. Maybe because he was sure that Zorro would come and help them if they need it. And what better way to know, than to be him yourself? But the biggest clue you've obtained was when Diego left the house with Bernard without telling you. They never told you, so you thought they were still home. You knocked on Diego's door to see if he was there, but no one replied. You then opened the door yourself and walked in, surprised that the door was left unlocked. You saw an empty room and wanted to return before noticing a weapon sticking out of the tightly closed closet in Diego's room. You knew it wasn't nice to dig around in other people's stuff, but you had to see what it was. It was a whip. The same one that Zorro owned. It may be very unlikely in your head for Zorro to be Diego, but that's what all your obtained information was pointing to. You just needed to find a perfect time to confront Diego about it.
