"How could you! We lost all our money, you stupid person!" "No, it's you who wanted me to continue playing! I wanted to stop, but you were the one who was like, "Let's play more! Let's play more!"

Carlos Don Prida mimicked his wife.

"What are you saying?!"

You heard Katherina yell at him from across the table. You sighed and and continued eating your tomato soup silently.

"Calm down Katherina. The games are suppose to bring you fun."

You heard Don Alejandro Vega say.

"You understand, that ever since the casino opened, you go there everyday!"

Lalita exclaimed as she looked at you from the corner of her eye. You nodded a little.

"You're right. The only thing he does is waste our money! He stopped working and I must stop him from wasting everything!" "But mom, you're not even a single bit better when you enter the casino."

That's when both of the parents agreed and continued their own conversation, sending you into thought. The conversation continued without you while you sipped quietly on your soup from the spoon in your hand. You kept thinking about Teo and Emilio and how both of them seemed to have some sort of interest towards you. After a moment, your thoughts were broken as the door to the dining room opened and Gonzalez entered.

"Sorry if I interrupted anything."

Sergeant Gonzalez started.

"I want to ask you a favor. This girl..."

He left off as he let a cute, Chinese - looking girl come to the front.

"Can she stay here for tonight?"

At that moment Bernard seemed to recognize her from somewhere. You were surprised from where.

"I definitely hope not the entertainment district."

You thought as you looked at Bernard. Carefully scanning his face.

"Her name is Emilia." "Nice to meet you."

Emilia added after.

"Emilio, now Emilia? Dang, are they all stalking me or something?"

You thought to yourself at the coincidence.

"She came from Spain with her grandpa, right Emilia? She's a magician. She will be showing magic tricks at the casino." "At the casino? Well, that's just another reason why I should walk in the casino some time."

Carlos commented seeing his wife's angry face as she stepped on his foot out of anger and jealousy.

"The bad thing is that Emilia's grandpa disappeared. He went to the casino and nobody saw him after. He disappeared some where." "You think something happened to him?"

Diego asked him.

"Maybe. I went to the casino and tried to ask around about him. But everyone said that they never saw him. Emilia doesn't have anywhere to live and she doesn't know anybody in town. So, I brought her here. You understand?"

Alejandro Von Vega agreed.

"That was right of you to bring her here. Emilia we will be more than happy if you stay here today." "Thank you!"

Emilia answered.

"You're a lucky girl Emilia."

Sergeant Gonzalez told Emilia as she went to her, "cute girl," mode and she kissed him on the cheek. Everyone in the room smiled a little bit, since the last time he was this joyful, was when your sister Sella was still in California. After dinner, you helped Emilia to her room and brought her all her needed supplies for her stay. You got her comfortable and started getting her some fresh, clean clothes since she wanted to shower. While you were getting her some clean clothes, she ran outside to the balcony in her room and yelled, "Goodnight," to Sergeant Gonzalez. After she did, you quickly brought her inside, since you didn't want her to get sick because of the cold air. You gave her the clean clothes and closed the balcony doors, leaving her alone in her room.
