Punk Hazard

While doing some parkour training at a nearby park Celeri gets a phone call from some unknown number to which like most people or at least most white people he answers the phone to see who was calling and what they might need.

Celeri: "*Answers phone* Hello?"

???: "Is this Celeri?"

Celeri: "Yes it is I."

What goes on is either the weirdest phone call ever or the worst call he had ever heard in his life before either way he was getting tired of it so he hung up his phone and went about continuing his training.

But strangely he couldn't turn the phone off no matter how hard he tried even removing the battery didn't do anything as the phone got hotter and hotter until he forced to drop in fear of him burning his hand off.

Celeri grabs his backpack and gets ready to dose the thing in water fearing that it just might catch the grass on fire if he didn't hurry; rushing as fast as he could while taking a few sips towards where he dropped his phone Celeri tripped on a tree root causing him to spill all his water on the ground.

In horror Celeri sees the ground start to burn before him surprisingly fast almost as if made by magic but no time to think about any of that when there's a fire spreading eating anything flammable in it's like a an all you can eat buffet.

Celeri runs and jumps over fences, cars, stairs, and even walls as he tries to get away from the fire that seemed to be chasing him and no matter just how far he ran it didn't seem to matter as it kept following him burning everything in it's path.

With nothing but the roars of the fire accompanying him Celeri eventually reached his house and once he got inside he locked the front door and started turning on every single faucet in his house to either kill it or at least stop it from getting closer to him while he tired to find a way to get rid of it for good.

But all was for not for the beast passed through the door while his now repaired phone got spit out of his door into the fire once again as it slowly walked towards him burning every all the water that surrounded the floor.

Celeri: "Clever girl (Shoots with super soaker)."

If this thing were a cat it would be hissing and he's not certain but Celeri's pretty sure all he did was anger the giant fire cat thing more than it already was with it swatting him away into another room while it creeps closer towards him.

Celeri: "(Looks up while groaning in pain) What kind of drug trip am I on (looks around). There's no way my house can grow in size like I'm in some sort of cartoon (rolls out of the way as the fire being shoots fire balls at him)."

Celeri keeps the train going as he rolls under his bead back to the place it all started but this time it was night time and he could see him, Janna, and Jackie laying down on a picnic blanket talking about the stars, their past, and things that they would all love to do in the future.

Knowing what comes next he thinks about staying but when he hears a roar and things start to heat up he runs through the forest of what's most likely his memories from the way things look as he sees them before running towards another path.

Everywhere he's running he sees what he has left behind no matter how far and fast he may run there's no where he can hide. For everything he is, is the same as what he was with all the mistakes he made and the good things he's done. The man's running from his past towards a fiery behind the man does not know what's in store for him but anything is better than the fear of loosing what he has in mind. The paths may split between what was once good turned into something bad while going through the other path he sees things in a whole new light but no matter how much he runs there's no way he can outrun the beast that is behind. It chases him with stopping in sight the only way back is forward while there's no way to go back for if he tries only pain shall emerge. But eventually there comes a time where you can no longer run and all the paths you had are now gone with no one to blame but your own for this is the path you had chose and all that's left is to face the demons head on. In the battle to come sacrifices must be met otherwise there's no room for growth which will help no one not even your own. So be prepared to take that step for it may just lead to your doom but do not fret for it's still a journey we all must go and at the end of the battle only one shall emerge.

(Sorry about it being so long but tried making it sound like a song if not either way hope you all enjoyed it at least but now bake to the battle).

As Celeri looks around he feels the stinging wounds the creature gave him while it seemed to coil around the area probably making sure that he had no where to go with his only option being that of a true knight fighting till the bitter end.

Fire Beast: "(Laughs like the Joker) Foolish boy (whips around to Celeris left) there is no point in fighting everything you try just makes me stronger and you weaker why I wouldn't be surprised if you wanted this."

Celeri: "(Pants while holding his right arm) You (pant) don't know what your talking about."

Fire Beast: "Don't I!? (Turns small while rushing at him) By now you must have realized that none of this is real but it's still real enough that if I strike you down and make sure you never get back up I can leave this place and make a new world fit for a fiery kind."

Celeri: "(Pants) Is that why you did all this!"

Fire Beast: "Tsk Tsk Tsk silly boy (taps face lightly causing it to sting) I came from you (gestures for him to look around) While I may now know what caused me to be I do know it's something that's eating away at you otherwise how could I have gotten so strong (flexes) so Big (turn's big) and most of all (inches closer to whisper in his ear) soooooooooooooooooooooooooo (singly as he punches Celeri) Strong."

Celeri beaten up a bit looks at the creature with his own to eyes with it looking just like him except of course it being made almost entirely of fire and seeing the crazy in his eyes Celeri realizes as the world starts to spin around that the creatures right no matter how he looked on the inside he was hiding something that made him ashamed every time thought of it.

Now inside Celeri's bedroom Celeri starts to meditate causing the creature to seem scared for a bit making pleas, bargains, anything it could think of for him to stop and keep on fighting him till one of them wins.

Fire Beast: "Come on be a man! Just think of how great it would be to finally win over a demon like those in your little heroic stories. (Gestures to him self) Huh I look pretty nice and strong don't I (Teleports in front of Celeri trying to pound at him but seeming to fail)."

But no matter what the creature did Celeri stopped fighting because he finally realized that it's not something to fight but to accept and thanks to the passing through the forest of memories Celeri realized that there were a lot of things everyone was keeping hidden and while it was not the knightly thing to do it was the human thing to do.

Coming to this realization the world starts to fade away as the creature smiles and looks at not as a being of negativity but one of light instead as the two shake hands and go in for a hug making him whole one again.

Celeri wakes up to see that not even a full hour has passed but Police found him, the drugs, and the person who made them and where now keeping everything involved in it at the police station with Celeri finally coming back to normal giving his statements before he got told to go home and get some rest.

With a smile on his face Celeri agreed but for some reason the world seemed different than how it was before but hey that could just be caused by him finally coming down from his high and the world going back to normal, fighting his inner demons, or from him making peace with himself for once either way the day seemed to be a little bit nicer than before.
