Knowing what their child was going to be like the royal family of Munie had sent a protector for their child to keep them safe and support them best they could, and this is his story.

Celeri along with pretty much everyone else that Star could possibly know from school has shown up because they all got an invite from Star that told them to come here today to celebrate something and Celeris reason for coming here was because he of course wanted to be a knight.
Even managing to decipher that Star wanted everyone to bring their own swords to the event and since it's almost impossible for a normal person to get a sword the best Celeri could do for his trusted blade was a ruler with some foam around it.
Star: "(Gives Celeri along with everyone else a real sword) There we go now then if there's no other problems then lets."
Miss. Skullnick: "Where's the meat? I'm only here because I was promised meat!"
Maria: "I think everyone is just wondering why they're here."
Star: "Ahh, It's the 37th of Gravnogk? Mewnipendence Day? (With no one still understanding what she's talking about Star gets stressed until eventually leaving to get some sort of explanatory book, and then begins finally telling them what is going on.) A long time ago, arrived the first settlers of Mewni... [Moves a tiny explanatory boat while making boat noises] Modest people with noble pursuits: Life, Liberty and Corn... [Unfolds the page while explaining] But the wicked monsters rose up and attacked the innocent Mewmans to re-steal Mewni for themselves. [Finishes unfolding that page, and then passes to the next one, where a Queen and some peasants can be seen] So the Queen used her magic to turn the simple peasants into a fearsome army! [The effects of the magic are seen while Star unfolds the page] And there there was fighting..., fighting, fighting, fighting,, fighting, fighting... [Star passes trough the "Fighting" pages quickly, without explaining them] and the Mewmans won! [Star stops at the presumably last page, that one shows the present day Star's Family Palace and its tiny surroundings] Tadaah! [Star unfolds tiny celebration fireworks while making firework noises]"
Maria: "But wait... You just blew past all the important stuff! [Refering to the war pages]"
Celeri: "I agree that's pretty important when talking about anything involving culture."
Miss. Skullnick: "When do we eat?"
Star: "[Talking to Skullnick] We feast after we reenact "THE GREAT MONSTER MASSACRE". Now please split into two teams: Monsters and Mewmans."
Star then tells Miss. SKullnick that the reason or hopefully at least one of the reasons she was invited was because she was already a monster before splitting everyone up into their own teams and as Celeri sadly goes over to the monster side he quickly shakes those feelings off as it's time to get serious and as he looks at the teams which were: Janna, The Sensei, StarFan13 and Francis are Mewmans while Alfonzo, Ed, Miss Skullnick and Ferguson are monsters..
With a brief break so that everyone can get into costume Celeri just makes some black armor and calls it a day since he hasn't really seen any of the monsters everyone else has enough to know how to perfectly recreate them as costumes.
And once everyone finishes with their costumes with Alfonzo dressed as a Lobster with claws and Ferguson is dressed as a Buff Frog, with Miss Skullnick and Ed dressed as some other type of monsters as a dark version of the Red Knight.

Celeri: "(Takes off helmet as he sheaths his blade into his shield) I am the Purple Knight."
Maria: "That's just stupid."
Celeri: "So is the town hero being called the Red Knight."
Maria: "You shut your mouth."
Celeri: "Whatever you're just jealous that you can't look like your favorite red knight but (looks up at the giant possibly mech knight suit of armor) Okay (takes step back) this does not in any way seem fair."
Star: "What do you mean?"
Maria: "I agree after looking over the book this doesn't seem really fair."
Star then starts jumping to try and get the book but can't because Maria is too tall so she drops the book like its hot for Star to read and as she looks over she changes her mind quite a bit about the fairness of the battle.
Star: "You know you're right I was completely wrong lets fix that."
With a wave of her wand Celeri starts to feel a light breeze as he realizes that he is no longer wearing his suit of armor but instead is now wearing what can only be described as babies first knight armor from just how little and fragile it is with him literally taking one step and everything but his helmet broke off.
And as if that wasn't bad enough but now none of the monsters have any sort of weapon and are instead forced to use their own bodies as weapons since monsters have claws and fangs but that didn't seem to be enough to scale everything in favor of the Mewmans since after seeing Celeri's broken armor Star proceeds to make some magic binds that both feel like they weigh a ton and seem to be magnetized together as he can't move them as he wished anymore.
Celeri: "(Tries to wave arms up and down) This is going to be a slaughter I hope you all know that."
Not saying anything everyone just grunts in agreement as they take their place in the magically remade forest that was probably supposed to resemble Mewni more for the battle but weather on purpose or not just seemed to give the Mewni side a bigger advantage since no one knew how to traverse the area and because of their giant armors that just got bigger and badder the forest might as well have been nothing more than a few shrubs to them.
Looking up in the sky everyone sees an exploding skull that must symbolize that its time to go to battle and just like anyone with a brain could follow everyone gets absolutely wrecked no matter if they were trying to hide from the battle or not cause everything Star had made seemed to be out for their blood.
With a Unicorn that Star made ramming into Alfonzo and dragging him to who knows where as Maria curb stomps Celeri into next week by just walking over to him and just trying to find out where he is and where he went.
Celeri: "(Weakly) Please.... stop.... moving..."
Maria: "(Tries to look down but can't) Are you okay."
Celeri: "I will be when you stop moving."
Trying to help Maria only makes it worse or maybe she still has lingering issues with Celeri and it just taking pleasure in being able to hurt him once again either way she eventually stops once the battle has ended and everyone is allowed to go home.
Back at home Janna and Jackie are somehow there as they also got invited but decided not to go in the end and just felt like chilling at his house and with him being to tired and hurt to really say or do anything just went to bed as each girl gave him a little kiss before calling it a night.
