The other side part 3

???: "Hello once again for this weird tale of another man who came long after the time from whence the world had settled and everyone had become accustomed to the new world order until the man came in like the Terminator of family friendly variety."

We take a look at Celeri in the time where the kids have grown to meet their makers when they had found love themselves along with a few of them having new family members as a result of love blooming during the time to the point it had been a bit awkward for all and Celeri.

This is during the time when the children had become teenagers and the teenagers had time to make children of their own along with the problems that would come with Mariposa and Meteora being together all the time to the point you'd think they were sisters.

The problem with that came with Meteora apparently just hating Mariposa's brother Marco for some strange reason like they enemies in a past life or something from how often she would scowl at him along with messing with at any chance she got.

This was also the first of many fight that happened between the two wanna be sisters as Mariposa would joke about Meteora having a crush on her brother to which the two would argue that would eventually lead to a fight that a much buffer Celeri would step in and pull the two apart and then become the wall between the two.

In the years since we had last seen these idiots Celeri had become what many would consider both a guard dog to Mariposa along with someone who looked like a cool bad boy with a bit of a homeless face as he had long hair and a small but thick beard.

But what had caused even more problems was the fact that everyone basically knew that Mariposa had a crush on Celeri quite possibly from the very beginning and it had only grew as they did, now that didn't cause problems what did was the fact that sometimes it seemed like Meteora had the same feelings!

Sometimes it was cute because they would both deny it while Celeri just didn't really seem to care all that much as he had learned to mellow out a lot in the past few years since if there was ever a need of him then the other family members could handle it while he was stuck babysitting these two kids most of the time.

Of course his babysitting didn't exactly go as planned most of the time as almost every time the parents would return their kids would have scratches and bruises along with their clothes being very torn with none of them saying a word as Celeri takes a nap in a corner somewhere or between the two girls.

No matter how many times anyone asked they would never get a straight answer or an answer at all as the kids would just dodge and divert the questions while anytime someone asked Celeri he would just ignore them or leave where ever they were at.

The greatest moment of that had to be when they were all taking a flight or something over their town and Celeri jumped out of the plane with everyone thinking the worst except for the two girls of course as when they all returned home Celeri was taking a nap on the couch after having done all the chores for the house.

It was interesting for the girls to see the adults reactions as they were apparently used to this happening and weren't fazed at all by these events to the point the parents thought they were ignoring it or coping since Celeri jumped out without a parachute and landed far away from their home.

Something interesting about their dynamic is the fact that for the longest time Mariposa and Meteora basically ran their schools since Celeri was their helper and didn't say much of anything which gave him the image of being an enforcer in the yes of the kids causing them to be very afraid of the two girls in case they called him in to teach them a lesson.

That was of course until one of the kids saw them trying to do something only for Celeri to not move a muscle and instead pick them up and drag them home quite literally as they were on leashes at the time. Why were they on leashes who knows since Celeri wasn't talking and instead preferred napping or leaving when questioned about it.

It also didn't help how the girls street cred once they saw Celeri hit them upside the head and force them to apologize to the other kids once he found out and possibly cared enough to teach them some manners on how to respect others or something like that.

The girls had a guardian who was for the most part willing to go along with whatever random thing they could think of for their adventures which probably had to do with the fact that he didn't talk much if at all to anyone besides the girls and when he did it was in short sentences.

What was really strange about Celeri to the eyes of everyone but the two girls funnily enough was how often he would talk because he had no real reason to be mostly silent as when he first arrived he was very talkative for someone who had no idea about anything and seemed to talk less and less as they years went on to the point he stopped talking and mostly grunted.

And while yes the adults do try and get the girls to join other groups to hang out with they almost always ditch them to be with Celeri as he had apparently trained them or something to the point that he was basically their adult blanky and that they would start freaking out if he wasn't there when they were nervous or scared.

Like the first time either of them were doing a school play with funnily enough Mariposa being the princess of the play while Meteora was the big bad monster that was destroying everything, and as both girls were freaking out as this was the biggest event in their lives they managed to calm down enough once they saw Celeri there. Now Celeri did turn into the hero of the play as both girls eventually started going off script and trying to actually hurt one another which would have been bad for everyone else as they were strong, dumb, and agile enough to destroy the building before they destroyed themselves.

Life in this word is very strange and yet very interesting especially when you hear about the duality of the royal family and all the other elected leaders of the world all trying to fight each other for who was in charge of this new world until they all declared themselves to be their own nations with Mewni being a new central island.

But honestly who cares about the political nature of this world when we can instead talk about how Star and Marco's children as they had a pair of twins is like a literal copy of the two only reverse gendered on how they look and act.

With their first child being a male looking Star with Marco's mole on the same side of their face as he acts just like Star with little lightning bolts on his cheeks as their daughter acts just like Marco with fire on her cheeks with her favorite color apparently being blue as her brother loves the color green.

Like their cousins they also seem to enjoy being with Celeri as he grunts like an old uncle who's being forced to look after their tiny family members who just wants to take a nap and relax but has to stay up and make sure that nothing bad happens to them on his watch.

But everything was worth it as he loved his new family and enjoyed every second he was and could be with them even if it meant that they got into fights with giant monster creatures at the docks on Tuesdays or the forced makeovers along with having to pretend to be their body guard whenever it was needed.
