Celeri's Folly

As Star crashed through a wall with her new magic hands blasting some poor knight or guard through some random wall, Maria was trying her best to fight off another guard, who unlike the other guard didn't seem to be holding back as they were swinging their giant sword all over the place.

Guard 1: "(Shouts out like a somewhat nostalgic ex-lover) STEVEN!"

The guard Maria was fighting seemed to have become enraged after the apparent loss of his friend... or lover. Ain't no one judging anyone here. As Maria was about to get destroyed by the random guard, Jackie and Janna came in and saved her, with Janna going low and Jackie going up top, knocking this poor man down a long flight of spiral stairs.

Janna: "He... hey girlllls... how's it going?"

Janna says like she was flirting with the guy she liked for the first time or meeting up with an old friend turned enemy, or at least things were really messed up on how they ended to the point they began avoiding each other when even their eyes met.

Things weren't that great for Jackie either, but the way she was in general, along with the fact she was the most helpful in helping Star, Eclipsa, and the forgetful twins out of what used to be the Mewni kingdom before the monster that used to be Meteora destroyed it all.

Now the royal kingdom is located deep inside the mountains where Globgorb, Eclipsa's monster husband, is kept in his crystalized state as monsters under Eclipsa's command or monster people who have since allied with their new queen, who tries to have all her people, new and old, make peace with one another.

However, no matter what she says and does, the pale man is almost always seen punching a stronger and stronger-looking punching bag or wall that almost always has a rude and crude drawing of Globgorb's face attached to it.

Strangely, it only ever seemed to happen whenever Eclipsa seemed to be talking about her husband and how much she loved him, why she liked him, or anything that seemed to praise that monster man.

Even stranger than that, however, was that sometimes some monsters that would work late at night trying to find some way to break through the crsytal would sometimes see Eclipsa spying on the shrouded creature, but not in a security kind of way, as she seemed to be biting her lip to them. There were also times where the monster men would find the pale man seeming to try and flirt with himself as he walks closer towards Eclipsa's room while mumbling something before eventually chickening out and running into his shadow with his tail between his legs.

Celeri was a bit better, but that was because he had no feelings at all that made him avoid any of the girls, as he seemed to be completely wiped of everything he had ever done in the past, to the point that even his weird book about his own people didn't seem to help him remember anything.

Or at least in the beginning it didn't, as he really didn't want to touch, let alone read something as big and thick as his book was, but after being nagged by Janna and Jackie, who had become his caretakers by their own accords.

Begrudgingly, Celeri opened the book and started to read from it; as he did, it seemed like he became engrossed in the book as he began reading it faster and faster as he hopefully remembered who he was!

Celeri: "(Reads the book) How many drugs must a person have taken to make something as weird as this?"

Sadly, however, it turned out to be nothing more than Celeri being likeminded of a child who wonders why a story is made to be the way it was without ever truly caring or even understanding what some of the words even meant till hopefully much later down the road.

As Janna groans in frustration at the clueless Celeri, Jackie, meanwhile, was looking at some drawings he made along with lisinting to what some of the monster guards had seen him do or whatever strange things went down around him when they weren't looking.
