Death Rock

Star and Maria were off doing whatever diplomatic work they had to do with the Pidgeon kingdom while The Shrouded Creature went off like usual to a place that was constant battles, destruction, and also creation.

Yes he went to earth as he was interested in something he heard Richard playing in the middle of the night out in the middle of nowhere, where only he could listen to something called "Death Rock" without having to worry about waking anyone in the castle up or even his people if it got loud enough.

While the Shrouded Creature had no idea what was really going on nor why Richard seemed as happy as he was when listing to the thing, the Shrouded Creature was still drawn to the sounds that were coming from it as they seemed to be so full of life than anyone on Mewni.

Even more shocking than the king listing to these things in secret was the fact that is seemed like the daughter Star did as well and that the two would occasionally have little missions where they would go to earth to collect some of these songs for themselves to listen to on their own and together.

Honestly it was very interesting to see the two "accidentally" cross paths with one another every time either of them tried to sneak out of the house and even their dimension every time they wanted something from earth especially when most people from earth are treating them like the royalty they are because of their coins and such.

At some point however the Shrouded Creature started to realize that it had become some sort of horror story where these people went, and where ever he went, along with people somehow getting pictures of him when he was traveling.

So the Shrouded Creature went into the darkness of a nearby cave and came out as a darker, and somewhat paler looking version of Celeri with him having slicked back pure black hair, purple eyes, and a nice suit that complemented him nicely.

The reason was that other people would stop staring and trying to find him when he was looking around especially in cases like this were he found some people of interest that he was curious as to what they were up to along with why they were doing it in the first place.

Since his... circumstances allowed him to live this new life of his he wanted to understand it all and was told to do that he must understand what people do and why they do such things in the first place.

Of course there was a couple of bad influences in its life like a person called Janna or whatever making him believe that he should donate almost all his money to her whenever they meet no matter what as it was the the right thing to do when talking to someone close to him.

Another one however the Janna lady liked to call her as surfer lady was actually nice and managed to convince Janna to bring it down to half instead of all money along with her actually seeming to care about everyone she meet even for someone like him.

Those two along with his brother made him the man he was today compared to the creature he was yesterday... or at least that's how he views it anyway and when he went to music store to see Richard and Star fighting over songs, mainly about which band was better or which song from some new album was the best.

The Shrouded Creature didn't really care about any of that as it was just interested in music in general as it couldn't very much understand why they were as need for more than one type of music along with why there seemed to be so many different people and groups all singing the same and dancing the same.

But it was very enlightening for him to hear all the different types even if he couldn't really tell what was good or not along with why two royal family members would go out of there way to sneak into a music store from another dimension and then sneak around back home to listen to them.

That was of course until he found something of his own a CD that held so many wonderous songs that made him feel the light since he first meet his brother along with teaching him about certain things he didn't know or understand.

The Shrouded Creature immediately when up to to pay for the song just as Richard and Star were leaving to go back home and it was also at that point that the Shrouded Creature looked very depressed and Glum as he had no way of listing to this music other than here as he didn't have any life box's that made such lively sounds.

Casher: "Uh dude, you know we also sell CD players right?"

The not so Shrouded Creature looked up in joy and bought the best one they had on the market along with everything relating to the group he loved and then paid the familiar looking biker jacket earing woman with a small chest full of gems as he rushed out the door.

Casher: "(Looks at the jewel and then the music) Who the heck pays with these things and (holds up disk closer to her face) who the heck enjoys this crap that me and my friends used to make when we were still in high school?"

The Casher lady pulls out her phone which was a picture of all the band members now much older having a blast and when they opened their phone it showed the Casher and Janna looking very alike along with them playing poker with Janna loosing almost everything.

Casher: "Man if only you were still here I could tell you all about the weirdo who likes your sisters weird songs (smiles like a demon) and also collect my sisterly tax as well (starts laughing like a villain before calming down when the bell rings) Welcome what can I help you with?"

Somewhere in the universe Janna feels a chill and knows why and starts to dread coming home even more so than she already did before as she makes fun of and teases Jackie for the her painting of Celeri and how he currently looks with it being fully romantically enhanced.

Jackie possibly being corrupted from constantly hanging out with her brings out a crude wood carving box that has similar things inside it along with the box being in the shape of a heart with it opining in the middle like a broken heart with a picture of Janna and Celeri kissing one another.

The two girls then began fighting like usual until their third roommate appears to which the two suddenly calm down to the point you'd think it was magic, which it might as well have been since she was the one who paid for most of the rent along with being the only one in the house who could really cook.

It also helped that she was willing to lie and cover for the two in class, work, and with their own families whenever they either had something come up or whenever Janna just didn't feel like it that day or out of fear for whatever reason she might have.

Either way though this little family somehow worked as did the royal family and it was all thanks to music... well at least that's what the Shrouded creature feels as he's experienced the joy of music and something called "Death Rock" thanks to the royal family and now he learns about something called "Noir classics Jazz" whatever that means.
