𝐋𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐎𝐖 𝐓𝐎 mediate was much more emotionally and mentally impactful than you originally realized. By the end of the mediation, you were crying. You did not realize it until you stopped training, but you were crying. The rest of the day you were in the room given to you, and thinking back to your pat. Like asked if you, you felt everything. All the emotions, thoughts and feelings you had tried to push to the side and pretend never happened, you felt it all. And it was overwhelming.

That next morning, you awoken from your energized sleep and felt more refreshed than you had in a long time. Today was your birthday, you were now officially seventeen years old. Outside of being woken up to an energized and refreshed body, you woke up to a bunch of birthday texts and calls.

Nakanti threw knives at you and you were expected to dodge them. The woman was a fast thrower and had great reflexes for her age, she moved like was Aizawa's age. Did you get injured? Quite a few times, actually. The goal was to enhance your reflexes and reaction time fused with your Quirk,
