"𝑺𝑯𝑬 𝑪𝑨𝑹𝑹𝑰𝑬𝑫 𝑻𝑯𝑬 universe in her mind and pretended it didn't hurt." The cold, clinical white of the hospital room seemed to intensify the atmosphere of dread. Moments after the jarring sound of a security drone's failure echoed through the emergency system, the building clamped down. A chilling alert of a 'Code Black' flashed across screens, instantly sealing every exit and entrance. The once-bustling halls became tombs of anxious whispers. No one could leave; no one could enter.

In a common area, the young heroes of U.A.'s Class A, those spared the brutal battles of the second year, huddled together. Fear was a palpable thing, shared in the desperate, wide-eyed glances they traded. They watched, frozen, as uniformed doctors frantically directed stern-faced officers further into the secure wing. The air thrummed with unspoken questions: What happened? Who is in danger? Every muscle was tight with the premonition of disaster.

Inside the security office, the stark glow of the monitors illuminated the faces of Toshinori Yagi (All Might) and Shota Aizawa. Seated across from them, Detective Naomasa Tsukauchi, a man whose face was usually a mask of calm certainty, now looked profoundly troubled. Aizawa, his body still recovering, was rigid in his chair, his one remaining eye focused with terrifying intensity. Tsukauchi did not mince words. He simply pressed 'play.'

The footage played out like a horror film. First, the interior camera of a patient's room, showing the sudden, grotesque appearance of a figure: All For One, piloting the broken shell of Shigaraki's body, lunging in an assault. Then, the frantic, desperate escape of the patient— the missing girl. The drone footage picked her up as she fled, the terrible whoosh of All For One's order to a nearby Nomu audible, the monster's shadow swallowing the corridor.

The next sequence was a blur of chaos: the girl hiding, then abruptly confronted by a group of unfamiliar, heavily-armed figures in tactical gear, not heroes, not villains, simply soldiers of an unknown allegiance. The footage broke off just as they overpowered her, the screen dissolving into static.

Tsukauchi paused the recording, the silence that followed thick and suffocating. He reset the scene, now incorporating a timeline of the hospital's security camera logs, painting a chilling chronology.

"The altercation between Patterson and All For One happened at 11:24 AM," Tsukauchi's voice was a low, steady rumble, slicing through the tension. "She disappeared from the hospital's sight for nearly three hours. She was next sighted leaving a jazz club formally known as 'The Blue Note' at 2:47 PM, picked up by the hospital's security drone, which had temporarily regained function."
