𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐈𝐂𝐄 𝐎𝐅 unwarranted anger is trouble and problems in the future. The things one does out of simple anger and malice, will result in horrific consequences later. If one lets their anger override and corrupt their mind and morals, they have already lost themselves. And the price to pay is their life; either emotional, mental and even physical. Nine would soon understand this.
The battle between you and the villain ended with failure on your end. He fought with the intent to draw out as much blood as he deemed necessary. He used his chains to make you bleed, and although you fought through the pain, he resorted to sedating you and effectively rendering you unconscious.
Once you were out, he brought you to their hideout and had you tied up. Once the first battle was over, the rest of his team came back to the hide out, pleased to see he had successfully captured you. Although, you did leave some marks on him, but it didn't matter much since you were now in their hands.
Hours later, you had finally awoken from your long time of being in the darkness. You blinked a few times, adjusting to the dim lighting. Your neck hurt from where it hung down throughout your painful slumber. Your body felt weakened and in pain, there was a slight numbness in your legs. You were glad you stopped wearing contacts with your hero costume. Although the price to pay was clear vision, you would take it over how bad your eyes would be hurting if they got stuck because of this.
When you raised your head, you looked around through blurred vision to see you were in a cell. You were hanging from what barely looked to be a ceiling, your hands chained together from it. A sense of panic rushed through you, an instinct of survival kicked in, but you tried to rationalize it.
"Looks who's finally awake." You heard the voice of a man, one you were familiar with in a negative light. You looked to see the man with the appearance of a wolf, the same guy you fought hours ago.
No longer than a few seconds after he said that, a woman walked over with long, red hair. She opened the cell gate and entered, her eyes sharp as she stared at you. You quietly looked at her, watching as she walked around you and seemingly analyzed you.
"So, this is the girl we're supposed to deliver to him?" A rhetorical question, it was. She slowly walked around you, stopping every couple seconds to analyze your figure. "I guess I see the appeal. She's brown. Sharp eyes, smooth skin, complex hair, unique figure. A quiet one, too. But other than that, what exactly is her purpose?"
"We weren't given details." The man with the form of a wolf, entered the cell. "We were only instructed to retrieve the girl and deliver her. Nothing else. Who knows what purpose she serves." He stood in front of you and stared at you. "She's a strong one, I can say that. Her power might be her use."
