𝑾𝑯𝑬𝑵𝒀𝑶𝑼𝑾𝑬𝑹𝑬 very young, most of the memories you recall are very dark and traumatizing. But not all of your memories were so drastic and miserable. And you would like to thank your mother and grandmother for giving you the occasional freedom away from your father, Chris. When you were four, a year before you ever met Izuku or Katsuki, you met a little boy exactly one year older than you. It was when you were visiting Johannesburg in South Africa, where your family is from.
The two of you met through family, specifically through your mothers who apparently were great friends. His name was Rufaro Okoye, a well mannered boy with an older sister and brother. One of which was in high school, while the other was close to finishing middle school.
Unlike with Izuku and Katsuki, the two of you were quick to become close friends. But, overtime it became harder and harder to visit him and Johannesburg because of school.More recently, when you began your ten month training for UA, and ever since you got in. So, in recent time, it's been well over a year since you last went.
As said, the two of you quickly became best friends. But what really brought you close, which is probably one of your favorite memories with him. Is when you were around eight years old and he was nine.
It was one of those big festivals your mother and grandmother, Niari and Iyonni, would always bring you and your siblings to. Of course, at the two of your little sister was barely one years old while your older brother was fourteen. There was this festival that you loved going to called "Alive Art Festival." And you hoped that year, you could join the dance team and perform on stage.
Thankfully with the help of your mother, who created the dance you auditioned with, you were acepted on the team. But you had been struggling with the choreography that the dance team was supposed to preform. So, you decided to practice on your own after dance practice. You didn't want to fall behind or get kicked out of the group. Especially since you've wanted to be on the team for some time.
Which leads to where you were at the moment, wearing comfortable leggings and a tank-top. You stretched your leg up, doing a toe touch as one of the dance moves. Then, when you went to do one of your leaps after turning, your footing was wrong which had you fall to the ground.
You cover your face with your hands and groan. You had been attempting the same dance move for the past twenty minutes. By now, you were starting to give up and call it a day.
