Karlie's P.O.V
Taylor and I crawled from the bedroom just after 12.30pm fully intending on making lunch before we opened the fridge and realised that we needed to go shopping. I sighed lowering my head to the counter of the kitchen island. "Oh my god I can't believe I haven't gone shopping in ages."
"Karlie don't be a drama queen you went five days ago...oh well okay damn your right. You suck Kloss." I growled at her and pulled her towards me before saying,
"Don't make me punish you in the bedroom again Swift." I heard her gulp knowing full well I could do just that. Three orgasms in an hour and a half and she knew I wasn't joking I could do it again. "Okay jeez babe, calm down the dirty talk." I laughed and left the kitchen telling her to get her butt dressed up and we were going out for lunch. I heard her grumble but when she met me in the hallway I whispered. "Later baby..." she shuddered and I laughed before heading to Leah to wake her up. She was lying with her face buried in the pillows and her blankets off the bed. I sighed she reminded me of Taylor. I lay down next to her and began to rub her back to slowly wake her up. "Leah...Leah...Hey Leah wake up honey." I whispered into her ear. She rolled over and faced me and her eyes lit up. "Mama, I want to sleep." She whined and I pulled her towards me and kissed her forehead as she woke up more and more. Then I heard the deafening click of a camera. Leah sat up and looked towards the door as I rolled my head. Standing in the doorway was Taylor holding her polaroid camera. I smiled as she came over to join us. "Come on Leah, time to get up. We're going out now." I laughed as I watched Leah jump off the bed, stumbling a little since she was still tired and then she sat down. I watched Taylor laugh and leave the room, so I stood up and picked Leah off the ground. Grabbing her some black tights, a white long sleeved top, her navy pinafore that had light blue stripes through it and her favourite pair of black boots. Settling her on the bed I stripped her out of her leggings and SpongeBob t-shirt and slipped the fresh clothes over her head. Holding her still I pulled her blonde curls up into a ponytail and helped her put her boots on. I was just about to leave to grab our coats when she pulled me back. "Mama..." she moaned.
"Yes Leah?" I questioned crouching down to her height. "What's wrong?"
"Nothing, can you..." she trailed off as she pushed herself into my arms.
"Can I what sweetie?" I questioned a bit confused until Taylor came in hearing me asking Leah questions. "Oh babe she wants you to carry her. She's probably still a little tired." Taylor told me as she handed me our coats and Leah's hat to keep the wind off her ears. "Oh..." I stated as we got dressed. I picked Leah up and we started downstairs and when we got to the lobby I was surprised to see paparazzi lining the doorway. I handed Leah to Taylor so I could call the car service. Internally sighing because I knew this would be life from now on. Two amazing women, two burning hot careers and a charming child and really who wouldn't want to snap that?
Taylor's P.O.V
Leah's face was pushed against my neck and I knew that even though Karlie had called the car service we were in huge trouble with the large crowd, I always tried to avoid large crowds with Leah because she was four years old and didn't like them that much but even now as we paced around the lobby I could tell she was getting more and more anxious. Eventually I just whispered to her. "Come on Leah, calm down mommy and mama are right here okay?" she whimpered into my neck as I shot Karlie a look. She came to me after getting off the phone. "They're here. Are we ready?" I shook my head and looked at Karlie then I looked at her again. She was wearing a long coat that went to her knees and I thanked god and her for picking it. "Karlie give me your coat." I said, staring at her. "What! Why?" she questioned but handed it over just the same. "You have your own." I smiled at her and threw it over Leah and tucked it around her. "It's not for me babe. I have to keep the flashes and noise out." I said as we walked towards the door and I noticed that Leah wasn't whimpering anymore just snuggling like normal. She felt safe and as my hand rubbed over her back I saw Karlie's hand stick out to push paparazzi backwards from us. We reached the car and I put Leah inside before I climbed in and Karlie followed. Breathing a sigh of relief I buckled Leah in and handed her Brownie out of Karlie's purse, since it was bigger than mine. "Hey, easy there Swifty, what are you doing?" she questioned as I raised Brownie out she smiled. "Oh..." she muttered and looked out the window.
We finished the car ride with silence that was comfortable. I was stunned when we pulled up in front of 'Alice's Tea Cup' it was a kid friendly place that served bagels and pancakes as well as a lunch menu with chicken fingers so I knew Leah was sorted. I grabbed Karlie before she got out, a look of amazement on my face. "How did you even?" she smiled and looked at me. "I booked us in here because it is one of the best vegan shops in New York and it has normal kiddie food like chicken fingers and burgers and bagels so that's why." She stated as I leant closer to her. Whispering a thank-you as I licked her sweet spot on her neck feeling Karlie shiver against me was amazing. We had entered the café with no paparazzi and I was shocked to see none when we emerged but Leah still refused to walk so Karlie took her from me and settled her into the car. We were on our way back when my phone rang. 'Tree Paine' came across the screen as I settled back to answer the call while Karlie played with my fingers. "Hey Tree..."
"Taylor, Karlie's management think that her dating you is amazing and they want you to both come out tomorrow so they can have the buzz for you both." I sucked in a breath and told Karlie who looked excited and after discussing other business we had arrived back at Karlie's and I decided that I was happy too. Insanely happy.
