Will You?

Taylor's P.O.V

Karlie has been really quiet on the ride home, and I don't know what to make of it. I took Leah out to the car before Karlie came out, so she must have talked to her family in that time. But I'm not sure what happened. I would hate for her family to not support her decisions like mine do. "Hey babe," I say to Karlie as she looks at me. "Yes my love?" she questions me. I glance around and notice we are a few streets away from home. "Never mind, we can talk later." She looks at me and nods. I don't really know what's going on but I know that I have to get Leah into bed so we can deal with whatever this is.

Pulling into the garage Karlie quickly turns off the car and goes inside to turn all the lights on. I carry Leah and we go straight upstairs through the kitchen. The most amazing feature of this house is the staircases. There are two. One near the front door and living room that enters through the foyer and the other one pokes out from behind the kitchen and they both lead to the upper floor, but since the internal garage door is in the kitchen I take the kitchen steps. Making my way into Leah's room I notice Karlie has already pulled back the covers. I lie Leah down and chuck Brownie onto the bed as I take off Leah's boots, her jacket and pinafore that Karlie had dressed her in. I decided not to chance waking her up to change her to pyjamas so I just slip her pyjama shirt overtop and so she is just in her tights and kitten pyjama shirt. Tucking her into the bed I make sure her night light is on before leaving. I turn to check her once more and see her hugging Brownie and snoring softly. 'She is so cute' I thought as I walked down towards the master bedroom. "Karlie are you in here?" I call out as Karlie sticks her head out of the bathroom, toothbrush in her mouth.  I laugh at her and say, "Hey, I'm just getting dressed okay?" She nods and goes back to spit out. I change quickly and we pass each other as I go to brush my teeth then go back to sit on the bed. Karlie then comes from the wardrobe with her hands behind her back. She smiles her wide smile at me and I can't help but smile back at her. "Hey baby," she says as she comes closer.  "Yes sunshine." I reply. She crouches well actually kneels in front of me and takes my hand.  "I need to ask you something." I nod and she starts to speak.

Karlie's P.O.V

I couldn't rush inside fast enough, I run around turning on all the lights I could, I make my way to Leah's room and turn back the covers and put her pyjamas on the bed to make things easier for Taylor then I walk to the master bedroom and crouch in front of my gym bag. I move my towel and there sits the beautiful blue Tiffany and co. box that I had shopped for almost three weeks ago when we brought this house. I opened it and caught the glimmer. Thinking about what my family had said and I realised they were right. I loved Taylor and wanted to spend the rest of my life with her. 'I hope she says yes' I think as I put the box back and go and brush my teeth. She comes in and we get ready for bed but I'm nervous and I can't let her know I'm nervous. She wouldn't be if it was her. I change and see her sitting on our bed and I realise that it's now or never. Picking up the blue box I hold my hands behind my back and kneel in front of her. We talk for a minute until I say, "I need to ask you something." She nods and I say. "Well I know tonight I've been kind of distant and there is nothing wrong or anything but I just need you to know that I love you." She nods and says,

"Karlie what's going on?" I smile at her and lift the box from behind my back. She gasps and looks close to tears. "Listen, I know that we haven't been together for very long but this is one of the most stable relationships I have ever been in and I know that words are your thing so I'm just going to ask you one simple question," I look up and see her blue eyes brimmed with tears. Drawing in a shaky breath I say, "Will you Taylor Alison Swift marry me?" Her eyes sparkle as I feel her throw her arms around me. "Yes,Yes,Yes!" she squeals in my ear. I smile into her neck and push her backwards so I can put the ring on her finger. "Karlie, it's so beautiful..." I don't give her time to finish her sentence. "I love you. Let's finish what we started this morning." She smiles at me and looks at her ring. "Karlie, you are an absolute sun goddess, I love you so much." I laugh and kiss her lips but she is smiling so wide I hit her teeth setting off another round of giggles. I don't let the giggles stop us for long as her lips meet mine and we make-out before my hands carefully slip down to her core. Flicking her gently as I bring her to a high, but decline throwing her over. She groans and whimpers in my mouth before I finish her off with my tongue, her hands caught in my hair as I clean her up and move to kiss her deeply. "How was that for a first time fiancée?" I question her.

"That was amazing. Do you think it gets better once we are married?" she asks me as I laugh.

"Oh god I hope so but it's already amazing." She smiles as we cuddle into each other and fall asleep. Me happily holding my fiancée.
