max's pov!
after awhile, i finally arrived at the park.
i see el sitting on a bench, wearing her red raincoat.
she's absolutely drenched.
she looks over in my direction and runs to me.
"Hi!" i yell, she yells hi aswell.
we look into each other's eyes, i find myself looking down at her lips, i quickly look back up.
she's so perfect.
i'm so lucky to have someone like el in my life, she's my hero. literally.
"maxy, you have the prettiest eyes i've ever seen, they look like the sky, or the ocean!"
"i love you so much." i smile.
el smiles then pulls me close, she brushed her lips against mine.
after the kiss, me and el start walking down the path.
"do you like stars?" she asks.
"yeah, i guess?"
el giggles then pulls me over onto the grass.
we roll down on the ground and start laughing.
we're completely soaked,
"look up!" she says.
i look up.
all the stars look so pretty, shining down on us.
"woah, this is beautiful."
"i thought you'd like it!"
i scoot closer to her, our hands interlock.
"look that looks like a spoon!" el says.
"that's the big dipper el."
i point to the big dipper.
"and that star right there, points to the north star."
"oh"
"the north star is the only star that doesn't move." i smile.
"that's cool!"
"yeah!"
The stars watched over us like we were the center of attention. They shined all their light onto us.
"i love you elly"
"i love you maxy!"
"let's go!" el adds on.
she pulls me up.
"can i have a piggy back?"
"yeah!" she agrees.
i hop on her back and she starts walking on the path, jumping in puddles while i'm on her.
"drop me and i'll kill you!"
el just giggles and keeps walking.
i love her so much.
