Caught In A Spider's Web (Ch.29)

Y/n POV:

My limbs grew tired, my throat was dry and weak to yell anymore. However, being trapped in a dungeon-like area and chained to a wall like I'm a beast is the least of my worries right now. My main concern is if the abductors are going to show up and interrogate me or not. That needle the bastards put in my neck took me out for a while and I just woke up this morning - or at least I think it's morning, god I wish there was a clock.

The door opened widely, I shield my eyes away from the light coming out of it as clicking heels approached me. As my vision adjusted itself to a figure of a female and a large male standing next to him, he was about as huge as Konig. Konig...He's been running around in my mind for a while, even when I'm in this serious situation. Why can't I get him out of my mind? Why am I expecting him to save me like I'm some damsel in distress?

"Ah, I see you're finally awake. Sorry about the wait, my limo was stuck in traffic."

The blonde woman spoke to me. She was wearing a red top with a black pencil skirt. Getting a look at her face, I immediately recognized her, the Wolf Spider...

"Are you hungry?"

She snapped her fingers, not waiting for me to answer her question. The man beside her bought out a to-go container and water bottle and placed them near me. As much as I tried to resist their "friendly" offer, my roaring stomach betrayed me and I don't know how long it's been since I ate.

The chains attached to the wall were long enough for me to reach the food. I carefully checked it and the water to see if it was tampered with, I didn't smell or see any poison in it but then again some poisons are odorless/colorless.

"Go ahead, take a bite. I promised there's nothing wrong with it." She gave me a creepy grin, I hope that's not her normal smile. I can't trust any of what this woman says so I have to double-check.

"Then how about you take a bite, bitch." I yelled. "If there's nothing wrong with it, I'd like to see you try it for yourself."

I smirked at her, waiting to see what she does next. The man next to her looks like he is about to blow a fuse from how I talk to her boss. To my surprise, Wolf Spider casually grabbed a spoon and took a scoop for the food. I glanced at her and snatched the plate from her and hesitantly took a bite. I'm not proud of being vulnerable in front of the enemy but if I'm going to beat their asses to a pants-wetting mess, I need to get my energy up.

"If I wanted you dead, I wouldn't have put all this effort into bringing you here." She chuckled.

"Where is HERE anyways?"

"Don't worry yourself, my friend, we're staying in Seattle. You're just in one of my old safehouses."

"I am not your fucking friend. Just pop a bullet in my head or something because I have nothing to offer you!" I flinched a piece of food at her top, staining it. My smile grew at her short-lived disgusted face until she kept her composure again and backhanded me.

The sting was radiating and ear-ringing, I almost didn't recognize the blood coming out from my nose. That damn bitch, if only I wasn't chained, I would turn this Spider into nothing but a stain on the floor.

"Now, if you are ready to be nice and stop acting like a child, I have a proposal for you." She said as her man wiped her top.

"Proposal?"

She walked to me with a chair that was at the corner of the wall and sat on it. Still couldn't reach her within the chains' length. She proceeded to light up a cigar and she spoke.
