Author: Greetings, everyone, and welcome. So here is the thing: I'm revisiting these old chapters and making necessary changes to each of them. I must say, not much will be changed in the old version, but it will be significantly better than the previous iteration. So with that out of the way, ON WITH THE CHAPTER.

We open up to a hallway, where students can be seen celebrating or cheering as the school year comes to an end. Changing scene, we close with a close-up of a 12-year-old boy, stiffly walking past a student down thehallway

He kept looking around nervously, as if someone was watching him.

While other students laughed or were talking, the boy remained scared, practically overwhelmed with fear, eyes darting from side to side, trying his best to blend into the coward as much as possible.

Finally, he turns down a corner and disappears from sight.

However, unbeknownst to him, a girl witnessed his behavior, with an expression of worry on her face. This person was Hanabi, who had just witnessed her best friend, Y/n, acting differently.

(Hanabi POV 5 minutes ago)

With my things packed, I stood from my seat and walked toward Y/n's desk, only to find it empty. With a shrug, I left the classroom, thinking he might just have left earlier.

Standing in the hallway, I tried to see if maybe I could spot him.

Looking from side to side, I caught a glimpse of him walking down the hallway. He looked nervous, as if trying to find something, or more likely, someone. I wanted to call out to him to ask if he was okay, only to find he had already left the scene.
