Chronicles of Remnant: Fall from Grace

Hey everyone, the author here and welcome to the third and second final installment of the "Chronicles of Remnant". First off, before I get into this chapter note, I want to give a quick apology for the delay in updating the story. Though this one was a bit faster to make and that kind of makes me happy. Now let me give you guys some more context about the story. 

Firstly there are going to be some changes to semblance as a whole. Reading notes from a few sources the show just doesn't follow its own rules so I'm going to fix that. An example is Ruby's semblance. Now it will just be super speed power with petals coming off her as a byproduct of her using it.

Secondly, this part of the story will be more mature. Looking back at the show and what has happened, there should be a lot more problems than they depicted. Like if they're is an invasion, a lot of people should die right? So expect some dark themes in this and all future chapters.

With that said I want to give a rundown of something that I want to incorporate in this story. This ranking system will help gauge the strength of both huntsmen and Grimm. The flow goes like this: SSS, SS, S+, S-, A, B, C. The list for the individual rank will be located at the bottom.

Side note: Jaune is different in this Au compared to his canon counterpart. What I mean by this is that instead of him coming to Beacon with a fake transcript, he would have been given a recommendation, thanks in part to his family who in this Au would have trained Jaune. With this, he knows how to fight, use Aura, and know what his semblance is.
