Yunjin x M!Reader: Smoke Slow

"Y/N!!!" You chuckled as you turned to see your best friend, Nakamura Kazuha walk into your bar, waving at her as you saw a beautiful girl walking behind her, hand in hand. You smiled as you recalled seeing this mystery person behind Kazuha in their group's various MV's and group shots

"Yunjin, this is my best friend since we were young, L/N Y/N, and Y/N, this is Huh Yunjin, my girlfriend." Kazuha said cheerfully, as you turned to look at Yunjin, who had a wide smile on her face as she stuck her hand out.

"Nice to meet you Y/N. Zuha has told me many stories about you." She said, giggling as she looked at Kazuha who had long since overcome the excitement of seeing you again, now opting to cling to Yunjin and standing a little behind Yunjin

You smiled as you stuck your hand out, shaking Yunjin's hand as you chuckled, "And I you, Kazuha has told me many great things about you too, I just never thought she'd be able to pull."

Kazuha shot you a playful glare as you laughed, Yunjin cooing at our interaction.

You leaned over to Yunjin, whispering, "Don't tell Kazuha but you're my Bias."

"YAH! I HEARD THAT!" Kazuha shouted out, pouting as she looked at you, scrunching her nose as you high-fived Yunjin.

"Well, you girls make yourselves at home, the drinks tonight are on me, I'll be heading to the balcony for a short while." You said, before excusing yourself.

Once at the balcony, you took your packet of cigarettes out of your pocket, as you took a stick out, lighting it as you sighed, looking into the night sky. It's a nasty habit you had, one you developed as a way to cope with a traumatic event, but now it stuck to you like a leech, sucking away your lifespan as you puffed the smoke into the air.

"Could I loan your lighter for a while?" You heard as you quickly spun around to see Yunjin smiling, a small cylindrical object in her hands.

"Idols can smoke?" You asked incredulously, as she chuckled at your reaction, waving the object higher so you could see

"It's a firework, tradition that I had with some of my friends back in the US. On the birthday of a friend, if we aren't there with them, we take a small firework, launch it safely of course, and wish them happy birthday." She said, smiling as she reminisced about her friends back in the US

"Where's Kazuha?" You asked, surprised your best friend wasn't joined by the waist to her girlfriend.

"Oh, she's calling Sakura-unnie about some Japanese Snacks. You know how she gets." She smiled

Your lighter roared to life, as Yunjin giggled a soft "Thanks" in her American accent, before the firework launched up, as she closed her eyes and held her hands together, as if telepathically wishing her friend happy birthday.

You continued leaning on the ledge, as Yunjin, not looking at you, muttered out, "You know that's not good for you right?"

"Don't bother, Kazuha's tried and failed for many years." You said as you turned to face her, as she frowned.

"Fine, this isn't the last time I'm going to try though." Yunjin said, smirking at you as you smiled back

"I look forward to it. Oh, by the way, I'm surprised you two got together. Don't get me wrong, I knew Kazuha was into Girls since she was a teenager, but I didn't know you swung that way too."

Yunjin turned to your side, the both of you leaning on the ledge now as she added, "I swing both ways."

You didn't know why, but you felt a sigh of relief from that statement. You smiled, but bit your lower lip as hard as you could, trying to contain your smile to not seem so creepy to Yunjin
