chapter 1 part 4 : lier

I slowly wake up, still in Ian's arms. I didn't mind it as all. We all shortly heard Fi shouting us down for breakfast. I felt Ian's body moving as he woke up, he had seen that he was hugging me. "shit" he muttered. I looked up at him and asked if everything was okay.

"er yeah" his panic froze as he saw that i didn't care. Shortly after i planted a quick peck on his lips and smiled at him.

"is that your way of making up for staying?"he asked. i just nodded , Ian got up and put a pair of jeans on, "sorry if i made you feel like you had to sleep last night i just didn't want you getting hurt"he said.

"it's fine , i appreciate it"i smiled. "i gotta go back home and check on Mick and Mandy. Cya!" i said walking out his room. When i got back home i saw Mandy and Terry.

"hey Madeline , where were u last night?"She asked coming over to me.

"probably fucking the 1st boy to look at her , whore!" he shouted. i ignored him like all the other times. "i was just at my friends house, sorry for not telling you" i told Mandy. Then Mickey came in "Asshole!" he said coming over to me hugging me tightly.

"u okay Mick?"i asked.

"I thought some bastard had hurt you" he said.

It was cute how much Mickey cares for me. I walked upstairs to my bedroom to see i had already gotten a message from Ian.

Ian: everything okay?

Me: yep, i'm still one piece aha

Ian: you sure your okay tho?

Me: god what's with all the questions Gallagher?

Ian:just making sure your okay , see u tomorrow at work.

Why does he care so much for me? I'm not used to this one bit. I had gotten to work before Ian today which was strange. When he had walked in he was in a army type costume.

"what's with the costume?"i asked.

"ROTC,i made lieutenant colonel today!"he asked smiling

"that's great! i totally know what that means tho!" i said laughing. Linda came in after explaining how she's leaving for the weekend and that me and Ian will have to help Kash after explaining that to Kash she then suddenly left. i've never really liked her she's a bit of a bitch.
i went to the store room to get the supplies i need to stack the shelves, i come out and hear Kash and Ian talking.

"Lieutenant colonel, im so proud of you!"Kash congratulated Ian, grabbing his uniform as i watched from the shelves. "it's not that big of a deal" Ian replied smirking.

"Linda and the boys are gone to two nights. we have the whole night to celebrate"Kash said smiling. i can't believe it.

Ian just walked out with a smile on his face, i walked out to pretending i didn't hear anything from there conversation. he lied to me. he told me there not together anymore.

i was walking home then Ian saw me. i didn't want to talk to him after he had lied to me.

"hey" he said looking at me.

i looked away and carried on walking.

"you okay" he tried asking.

"fine" i replied.

"you wanna come round for dinner?"he asked.

i stopped walking and faced him. "when was you going to tell me your still fucking kash?"i said with anger.

"what are you on about? i told you we're not together anymore"he laughed.

"oh so your lying to me now, i heard you talking earlier about how you have the whole night to 'celebrate'" i said getting angrier.

"yeah so? it's not like your not girlfriend, so what if i want to be with him?"

"Ian seriously he's a grown man with a wife and kids your 15! Jesus." i said. "and i know i'm not your girlfriend but i'm your friend and i care about you and it also means we don't lie to eachother, so fuck you!"i said pushing him away from me.

"Lip, and not you too, fuck you Madeline! i thought you understood me, i'm sick of everyone telling me what to do"he shouted in my face which made me flinch a bit. he stepped back and walked away.

i began walking home with tears forming in my eyes. i was actually starting to like that ginger prick who i thought actually liked me too. but i guess i'm wrong. he's a lier! i stopped outside the gates of my house. did i really want to get in there and get shouted at more. i decided to go under the L with a couple of beers that i hid from my dad outside.

i sat by myself drinking away by myself crying, my eyes were starting to get sore from the crying, when i saw an outline coming towards me, they sat on the curb next to me.

"Madeline?"he questioned. it was Lip, i nodded.

"what's up?" he asked. honestly everything i'm so sick of everything and everyone . i told him everything that has been happening with Ian , my dad. Lip was getting angry about the fact Ian lied to us both.

"look i'm sorry about my brother, i'll sort him out i'm always here for you tho" he said.

"are you just saying this so i'll bang you?" i sighed.

"noo i actually mean it, but if u wanted to i'll be down" he said laughing. Lip then asked for my number i was very drunk so i ended up giving it to him. "i'll sort out Ian don't worry" he got up and left.
