Three months of summer go by quick as a flash for Rose and the gang, but things aren't as they seem. All summer, Ben has been busy being king and doesn't have time to listen to his sisters' requests, who is still trying to free the other kids from the Isle. To her, it's like her brother forgot all about everyone else when Mal came crashing and his duties called for him.
To top it off, Mal is trying to force herself to be something she isn't much to Rose's scolding complaints. Rose has lost her brother; she can't lose her best friend as well. Eventually Rose snaps and takes off to the Isle.
What happens on the Isle? What does Rose do when she faces off against a pirate crew? What happens when one of those pirates drive her insane, but she just can't get enough of? And how will the gang handle it when they come for Mal, but find Rose as well?
