[Gritonnia Academy]

Some time passed,  the orientation of each professor that will be teaching their class had finally ended at noon. Since that day was only for an orientation towards everyone, the rest of the time had been given to dismiss all the students to prepare for the next day of official schooling.

Naturally the students quickly go about their ways to spend the half of the remaining day that had been given to them by the academy. Some immediately went to their dormitory to rest, some hang out with their friends, some gathered for a freshman meetup, and some decided to go on their club to meet all of their acquaintances.

In that regard Sephiria and Aria decided to head straight to the Club managed by Cedric and his non-official lover Wendy. The moment the three of them arrived in the room, the odd pair of blonde hair and blue hair, can be seen sitting on the sole table of the club drinking some finest tea provided by Wendy's parents.

The moment the three of them arrived, Wendy looked over towards them and motioned for them to join her. Not long after, everyone was now sitting in this table made for their club. the Otaku Club

club:

- Wendy Laustre

- Cedric Gallahad

- Shun Kurosaki

- Sephiria Maelstrom

- Aria Wayward

The club members are as followed. The moment everyone had their seat, Wendy then looked over towards the door with excruciating gaze and smiled slowly.

"Looks like you guys have a follower"

Hearing her words, Aria, Sephiria, and Shun looked at her simultaneously as they asked.

"What do you mean?"

Without answering them, Wendy simply pointed at the door as they all saw a freshman enter the room coupled with two of other friends in their group. The moment Shun and Sephiria saw the first person who walked in, both of them perked up their eyes as they recognized the trio that just entered their club room.

The person who entered the room was none other than Millia herself, the sole daughter of Viscount Zack Emmond, back from Ruric Town. Behind her were seemingly her friends she had just gathered this day.

"Millia?"

As Shun said those words, Millia quickly brighten up as she rushed towards him.

"Shun onii-chan! Why are you here? what is this place?"

As Millia asked this piece of question, the other twio behind her followed her tracks as they stood shyly in front of their seniors.

"This is a club" answered by Shun

"Club? What's that?"

"It's like an organization of people with a common purpose or interest, who meet regularly and take part in shared activities"

"I see like a group of friends in a meetup[ party?"

"....Something like that"

"I see, since your part of this so called club, then maybe i should also join in too"

"Your serious?"

"Yah!"

Hearing Millia's enthusiastic reply, the other two behind her begun tugging her clothes as they wanted to give out their opinion regarding this matter. However based on how their conversation went, it seems like Millia is the one who had the most authority within their group, thus after a much consideration, the two other people behind her finally compromised.

Up[on seeing their unified answer, Wendy then accepted their offer and hands them out a paper which is a request for their acceptance into their club. After awhile they finished registering themselves, as Wendy hid the paper within her clothes and planned to submit it to the student council later.

"With this paper, we then officially had 3 new members joining our club"

Otaku club:

- Wendy Laustre

- Cedric Gallahad

- Shun Kurosaki

- Sephiria Maelstrom

- Aria Wayward

- Millia Emmond

- Tony Stuart

- Shier Frost

the other two people behind Millia  is named Tony and Shier, they were not nobles of some kind, but rather the son's and daughter's of Millia's dad's friends. Since Viscount Zack has a lot of connection for the betterment of his territory, it was only natural for Millia to have such friends of such caliber.

After that each and everyone introduced themselves with one another. Through that introduction, Millia came to know more about Sephiria being unofficial lover of Shun. Upon hearing this piece of news, she was both shock and was speechless on her seat as she examines Sephiria from head to toe.

After all its only been about so long since she met Shun again, and the next thing she knew that the brother she yearned for had actually have a lover and a higher caliber at that. A commoner being engaged to a caliber like the duke's daughter, such a thing was unprecedented and unheard of in the history of the Holsteia Kingdom.

Even Tony and Shier were surprised, after all something impossible had actually happened.

After that discussion, they then proceeded to catch up from one person to another as they discussed the things they had done during the break. Of course this in turn caused everyone to exclaim in shock upon hearing Shun, Sephiria, and Cedric's experience on a foreign land.

Nevertheless this shocking story seemed to make everyone anticipate what happens next. In the end, all they ever do was talk about their experience in their break. After the talk, they then dismissed each other to prepare for the class next day.

*********

The Very next day Shun was currently listening to the lesson about the core of each spells. The very first lesson is about magic, and in this lesson they were being taught on a specific magic which is the core magic or origin magic.

Origin magic borrows power from an older and stronger existence. The older an existence is, the greater power it has. However, the older it is, the more uncertain its existence becomes, which makes its power difficult to control. Thus the best way of using origin magic is to clearly know the existence which one is borrowing power from, or from an object which they have an affinity with. By its very nature of borrowing power from the origin, origin magic cannot affect the origin itself.

In par with such power is ancient magic which are closer to the root. Ancient magic characters were the mainstream magic characters in ancient times and were considered old even in the Mythical Age. Few people studied it and those who could use it were even more scarce. Ancient magic is highly efficient at increasing small amounts of magic power, but it cannot amplify magic power indefinitely. It reaches its limits quickly which is why the ancestors of the demon race abandoned it and developed the magic characters used in the present day.

As Shun listened more to such teachings, he is somewhat drawn towards such lesson as he remembered that the Aquasphere power that he had acquired could be considered something that belong to the ancient past. If the teaching were right, the the Aquasphere must be a type of power that is close to core magic or origin magic.

Intrigue by such topic, Shun then quickly took out his notebook to write a notes for this class.
